[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv. On June 13th. I really loved. This is the new generation Ultra HD 4K, The image is better than the regular HD. TV's. The last picture is not 4K TV's. By the way you really need HDMI for 4K's Ultra HD TVs.

I bought this model reluctantly. My last 43" LG had to be replaced because the four HDMI ports died at the same time. I have a surge protector and had the unit since 2010, so giving it the benefit of the doubt, call it planned obsolescence. Anyway, the new one is user friendly. However, I'm not sure why it has USB ports. I copied an mp4 video to a flash drive and the set would not recognize it. Not sure if this is a software issue or what? Just annoying. To me the jury is still out.

The only thing I didn’t like about it was the lack of a good user guide and the small button remote controller . I ended up having to buy the better remote controller that should have came with the tv.

Picture is good. Sound ok. Paid more as it said "compatible with Alexa". Does not connect to Alexa. Read the Smart Thinq app reviews. Very few people have been able to connect to Alexa. On the phone with tech support for over an hour, still no connection. I am partially disabled and needed this feature. The remote is TINY, TINY buttons

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this TV! It has a great picture. We have it hanging on the wall and with it being thin it looks awesome. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the sound. The speakers are in the back of the TV so I have to turn the volume up higher than I like. I fixed this problem by purchasing a sound bar.

I do have another LG tv that is smaller, but figured if that picture was good the 55" would be equal. After setting it up I was not completely pleased. The picture was not very bright and no matter what I did I could not improve it. After a couple of days I went back through the settings and saw a Power Saver setting which was on. Once I turned it off the picture improved dramatically. I am now a happy customer!

I also appreciate that it is very user friendly in terms of navigating the various menus. It looks great in my bedroom as well! I am extremely pleased overall.

For our home here. We are very pleased with the TV particularly when watching baseball and golf. Feel like you are at the venue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the price I don't think this set can be beat! Setup was fast and easy (I'm 64) and the picture quality is sharp and clear. What surprised me most is the sound quality from the built in speakers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second LG I’ve had and the picture is fantastic. The colors are unbelievable and the resolution is the best I’ve seen. The remote is also easier to use which is a benefit to us older people.
