[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the 55UK6500AUA with no intention of purchasing a TV when we walked into the store; that is, until we saw the picture on a display set. Boy, are we ever glad we purchased this TV. We love wildlife shows and the picture brings the scenery and animals alive. The remote makes navigation between Direct TV and Amazon and Netflix. This TV also made connecting our DVD player a cinch. This was the only TV with 4 USB ports that will prove an advantage for future possible additions such as a sound bar. As usual, we checked reviews before committing and were pleased to find a model with overall great reviews. This LG model not only increases our viewing pleasure, offers a host of up-to-date features, but also is budget friendly. If anyone asks, we highly recommend the LG 55UK6500AUA.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a child of the1980s that remembers the old tube TVs, all I can say is wow! This is an all in one entertainment machine. I can watch live TV, play my video games in 4000K, stream movies and shows from Amazon and even stream my music. It takes a bit of getting used to but it’s well worth it.

I bought this tv about 8 months ago, and everything worked fine until about 3 months ago when it started to fail to turn on intermettently, so I replaced the batteries of the remote, it did not help, it progressed bad enough that I contacted LG, they responded quickly by phone, I explained what the problem is and I was told that If they send a technician I could incur in charges if they don't find a problem, well, it doesn't do it all the time. I did not like the fact that they try to discourage you from requesting service even though it's under warranty. Now the tv does not turn on at all. I hope that they send a technician ASAP.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this unit recently. I had a great deal of trouble preforming the set-up. The LG has one of the worst user interfaces for the set-up I have ever seen. I finally got the unit operational and then things seemed fine. Great picture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved my new LG tv. I had a bad experience with a cheaper brand but this is definitely a keeper. For a 70+ woman I had no trouble at all setting it up. Within 45 minutes I had my WiFi connected and my YouTube TV, Netflix and Prime Time all working flawlessly. The sound is great with no extra speakers. Haven’t discovered any “cons” yet.

Great quality , easy set up and high functionality without the complications. I bought my tv just before the new year started. I was shocked at the price and thought to myself “what’s the catch?”..there was no catch. It’s a great tv with all the apps you can ask for with some great apps to explore media with. I’d gladly reccomend it to anyone else. My only issue with the tv is the power button and it’s menu use on the tv itself .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Really like this TV, huge upgrade from my previous TV, since I cut the cable, I Was looking for a TV with a quality tuner that could bring in extra channels. Yep it did just that, 35 channels now compared to 10 from my old TV .
