[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These 4K TVs have come so far. Just a few years ago, I saw my first 4K TV with a $10k price. You can really notice the difference on a 65" screen, not so much on a 40". No light bulb in this LCD/LED TV so less heat, less fan noise, less thickness and weight, and no bulb to burn out. Big step forward. Had to buy a converter for digital optical out TLog for sound to connect to analog red/white RCA jacks on my old receiver. With the converted, it works well. Better sound than my old DLP TV. The only complaint I have is you loose the detail on a black object. My wife and I carried it in and hooked it up. Truly a plug and play setup. just answer some questions and done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this television about two weeks ago, and we have no regrets. For the price, this is simply a fantastic television. I have commented again and again on what a wonderful picture it provides. The setup was simple and effective. The embedded apps are exhaustive (including YouTube TV). Also, the sound is so good, that we are not using our Bose sound system. In my view, you can't go wrong buying this television.

After 3 days of reading and trying to achieve the ability to view this wonderful product I finally tried just using the comcast remote control device. Lordy, it worked just like it should. Some where in your instructions you need to cut through the BS and just say try your remote. Other than that problem the set is nothing short of beautiful!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is nice and sharp but we’ve had problems with the picture to dark. I found the online user manual a difficult to follow. For instance, it took me quite awhile to find how to control the brightness. The auto dimming control is confusing. It was only after doing a Google search about “brightness” that I found information about which settings need to be adjusted on the TV. We also wanted to use the Alexa interface, but I can’t get it to work. Finally the TV doesn’t support the Spectrum App, so I’ve lost some of my channels.

It’s very feature rich for a budget tv and I like the Netflix/amazon buttons to launch the apps right away. I use Comcast so I haven’t tried many of the other apps but the picture and settings are great after a few tweaks. Menus are easy to navigate

Great quality , easy set up and high functionality without the complications. I bought my tv just before the new year started. I was shocked at the price and thought to myself “what’s the catch?”..there was no catch. It’s a great tv with all the apps you can ask for with some great apps to explore media with. I’d gladly reccomend it to anyone else. My only issue with the tv is the power button and it’s menu use on the tv itself .

I live the clarity of the screen... very clear, sometimes to clear... but no complaints from me! By the way, the sound is absolutely supreme... no need for a sound bar... the speakers are sooooo crystal clear... I wish I could blackbout my Tv and just hear the sound! I love it!

I like best the access to the magic remote, which allows to control many other devices and includes voice control, allowing to move away from my old harmony remote. the AI ThinQ technology seems to be moving forward with keeping up with new technology coming in the future.

There are a few issues. This TV needs a keyboard and some web-based shows are in-watchable because it cannot upgrade FLASH player in TV video driver.
