Horrible, broken, ripped off!

Same as other folks, tv screen just shows black and no sound or access to menu. Bought almost 5 years ago too. Absolute piece of garbage - AVOID LG their products are horrible and feel totally ripped off of my hard earned money.

Great until it wasn't

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV lasted about 3 1/2 years with moderate use. It wasn't a huge investment, but...now this thing goes into the recycling bin and, really, mother nature is the one losing out.

Junk tv

piece of junk! Never purchasing LG products again

Purchased this device in May of 2019 when I bought my first home. With normal use, this TV didn’t even last 24 months! A piece of junk! I’ll never purchase an LG product again!
