Great TV, some slight adjusting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive had this TV for a couple weeks and its been great! I love to play PS4 a bit so it is very efficient for competitive gaming as well as Netflix/Hulu watching. One issue that isnt really on the TV but is noticeable is the obvious slower frame rates of some movies/shows (looks choppy then smooth throughout) once you get a 4k compatible show it looks great. My favorite feature is the absolutely beautiful and vivid color! Planet Earth 2 is ridiculous!! Overall its a great TV and with 55 inches it feels like a huge upgrade to the home entertainment center.

WebOS 4.0 give you a break from the AppleTV flip

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got it for bedroom. Wow ! You will want to upgrade to Magic Remote with voice for Google assistant I still have not gone thru all the bells, whistles and settings After watching a HDR Movie off AppleTV there is no going back. All other TVs just don't compare and look fuzzy and old now.

Very nice TV for a reasonable price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in the market for a second TV for my bedroom, settle on LG following a visit to a local store where I had an opportunity to view various LG TVs. This particular 50UK6500 was on sale and a perfect fit for my bedroom. The design is very attractive and the ease of which one is able to set things up is a breeze.The picture is not as brilliant as others but for the price I paid for the TV, this is an excellent TV. The audio quality of this TV is superb in my opinion, contrary to most LCDs one can get by without a sound bar or surround speakers. Best I've seen so far when it comes to audio quality on an LCD.

Nice Unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the unit but was quite upset when I found out that I was going to have to buy a dongle to set up Netflix and Amazon. The proper dongle is not readily available in this are and none of the paperwork specified the correct dongle.

doesn't work with Google fiber

I just bought this tv and the remote doesn't work properly. Also, the Google Fiber remote doesn't work with it. The resources on the tv are very badly designed and hard to use. The website "help" is worthless. All I can find are general statements, nothing that helps me fix the problems. If possible I will be returning it.

Not to bad

The TV overall is ok, the picture could be a little sharper and brighter with a little better color, the main issue is the lack in instruction? trying to figure out the remote is not easy, and searching the internet doesn't help much, might return it. the need better manuals.

Great Picture with One Annoyance

The TV was easy to set up, although i did have to do a lot of tweaking to get the picture to look good. There are a ton of settings. Definitely worth the price, when it went on sale. The only issue i have with it, is that when you turn it on, it keeps defaulting to my Blu-Ray player for some reason. It should be defaulting to my cable TV every time, so that's pretty annoying. So far i haven't found any settings causing that either. Aside from that annoyance, the picture is great, and it has very good sound if you need to use the TV speakers.

Fantastic

You won’t be disappointed with this LG TV, great picture quality, best bang for the buck. Extra info I’ll provide is TV recognizing your external sound bar, press the home button on the remote and there you’ll find the option for the TV to sync your sound bar. I had a hard time finding the location.

Perfect size

Was looking for a smaller tv that had a lot of features as the bigger one and this was it. Plan on ordering the magic remote for it. I would have paid extra for the tv if it was included. Not sure if I Like the chime noise it makes when you turn it on or off. Have not figured out if I can disable that. Overall great tv set

Lasted less than 3 years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV two and a half years ago, and it has to be reaplced. The screen went out, and researching online, most people are saying it is done. Modern TV's have a ridiculously low life as it is, and this one crapped out way before the average. It's a lot of money for something that lasts such a short time.
