ordered as halloween gift for the grandkids. Arrived quickly and to see their faces was great.

I gave my mom one of these gift cards to use for my son. She said that there was only $2.62 on the card and that she had the workers throw it away. I have the receipt and apparently the gift card only had $2.62 on it when it should've had $15. Now we are out of about $12 and when I contacted Sam's Club, they said I had to call the card issue on the back of the card.
