It has the perfect amount of plush to it that it still has great support. The product is of top quality. It is made so well. I really thought that after a week or so the comfort level would decrease but I have been so pleasantly surprised. I have gotten the restful sleep than I have got in years. What a difference a great mattress makes. I will now be buying one of these Serta Beautyreast silver open seas plush mattresses for my daughter. She loves mine so much that I can't keep her out of my bed.

After having friends stay with us and talk about how comfortable it was we decided to sleep a night on it. The next morning we moved this mattress to our bedroom! This mattress is a great blend of a firm bed with the softness on top due to the pillow top. My husband and I both sleep well on this mattress.

We love this mattress so far in regards to the comfort aspect. It is extra firm but not hard and unyielding. However it makes a creaking groaning type sound as you get in and out of it. So much so that it will wake my wife up at times. The delivery guy said that it has to have a break in period to work that out of it. He also said the reason you might not hear it in the showroom is because it has been demo-ed by so many people that its all worked out. But we ordered it online without going into the showroom. (Our Bad) Well we will find out.

The mattress feels a bit firmer than what I would consider medium, but it’s super supportive and has enough give that you can sleep on your side. Medium firmness is great for my comfort level, and I use a mattress topper I found at a local store. Overall though, its comfortable, not too warm, and I get a great night's sleep with it. Because of this, I don't see anything wrong with this mattress as I'm enjoying it so far.
