It's non stick to you can even cook fish without breaking its delicate meat. It's such a nice material and it looks like it will last a long time. It definitely adds fun to cooking and more flavor to your dishes without sticking. Great buy .

So far I have used this pan to fry steak and sear shrimp and make an onion sauce for my husband. Each and every time it wipes clean beautifully! It’s a little small for my liking and I’d really love to have a lid with it, but overall, it’s a pretty decent pan!

I have always cooked mostly in cast iron, but couldn't pass this up without trying it! It was absolutely amazing, when it says non stick it means non stick. Not even marshmallows. I have made a pasta meal in it to melting marshmallows for rice krispie treats. It literally wipes clean every time. No need to use an abrasive scrubber, I just used a paper towel and soap and water. Came clean. No soaking needed.

So I have been struggling to find a pan that would serve me well; but when the KitchenAid Hard-Anodized Nonstick pan it worked like a charm! The pan was quick and easy to use I loved the outcome of my food, I am very please over the conduction of heat from the pan! I would also like to add that the washing stage was so effortless, The grease came right off! Overall I am very satisfied With this product, I would definitely recommend it for you to get!

I love the size of this pan, and how well it evenly heats up. Huge fan of the nonstick, so i was very happy this pan was nonstick with the size! Overall super pleased!

I love these pans they are the perfect size for when you want to fry a egg or if your need to cook a one pan meal. The good just slides right off of them nothing sticks I didn’t even have to use a spatula for a egg it just slide right onto my plate.
