Candy balls on the cake are not eatable. Way too hard. Leave the candy balls off. Otherwise cake was good

The cake was delicious BUT they did not look at the personalization carefully enough. Clearly requested "Carlie and TJ" but they put "Charlie and TJ". Told us to come back the next day for correction BUT party is today!

Horrible!! Asked for whip and got a super thick layer of buttercream. Son was heartbroken cause couldn’t eat it. Most of the cake was not edible due to the thick layer of buttercream and the spelling of the name was barely visible
