Great features just not human friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read up on the LG tv and found good recommendations. My only complaint is there are so many picture adjustments that I wqould like some recommendations on the best settings and I would like to talk to a human about which are the best.Also I have something talking to me in english with a oriental accent which is almost impossible to understand. Plaes give me a number where real help could be found

No screen off with YouTube

Love the TV as well asmy b2 but cannot recommend LG anymore as with the last update I can no longer watch YouTube premium with screen off . Big deal breaker for me as I used to like listening to YouTube with screen off going to sleep.

And about your concern the YouTube premium is not playing while the screen is off, you can try to access the Energy Saving Feature and go to Screen Off. -Screen is turned off and only sound is played. -Press any button except the power and the volume buttons to turn the screen back on. *It may not be supported, depending the on the running app or function. 4 Months in and a Line in my TV

I bought this in June (it's now October) and there is a line across my TV. LG is bringing a repair person to me over the next 7-10 days but I've never had these issues with other TVs that I've purchased. I'm pretty disappointed.
