Disappointing picture and performance, very laggy.

Very disappointing. Interface is very laggy and slow. Should not have to press a button and wait 10 seconds for something to happen. Setup process is very poor. Default settings are awful, even after hours of tweaking, performance is still poor. This is a measurably worse TV than the 12 year old model it replaces. Was purchased for an elderly man who just wants to enjoy football. Didn't even include mounting screws. Seriously, 10 cents worth of screws is too much to ask? Not satisfied at all. Not recommended, there are much better products for less money.

Do not recommend

I'm very unhappy with this TV, the picture is fine, but the system is incredibly slow. Support suggested to restart it. But it's still painfully slow. I also purchased a LG sound bar and it's like they never thought about how they work together as a system. Lastly, the remote is one of the worst I've ever used.
