The plastic took hours to get off. It should peel off easily but didn’t. Only did one side and no support from Yardistry

Easy to assemble and very sturdy. The cedar frame is so sturdy and nice to look at. We couldn't be happier with the structure.

The plastic film is horrible. They made bends in the aluminum with the plastic film on which made it even worse. Hours to unpeel

I purchased back in mid July 2025. The quality of fitment was just ok. The long rafter sections where bolts together, those joints weren't straight. Oh, and all the plastic shrink wrap that's on every single piece of aluminum roof panels, and all trim, i spent 2 weeks peeling. Youll need alot of patience. I mean a lot. The job was moving along, come to time for sheetmetal, it comes to a dead stop!!! So just a honest review and giving you all a fair warning before you decide to purchase. Also, if i may add, dont rely on the 3 bolts that are 1/4" on each rafter joint. Especially if it snows where you live. I shot heavy duty decking screws 12" apart where all rafters meet/join together. I also recommend to buy it already stained. Mine came in the yellow cedar color. I spent a few weekends getting everything stained and do it before you start to assemble. All just tips. Dont be me. Im trying to help make it easier on the next fella that is thinking of buying.

We couldn’t be happier with this gazebo. It took a bit to put together bit the finished product is awesome. We will be spending many nights out on our new patio!

I bought this the end of May. Hired local contractors to assemble. Took about 2 days. I also purchased the mosquito netting with rail system. Which enabled me to add a privacy curtain! Love it. Shaded area and 99% bug free!! Had it installed on my composite decking. Looking forward to a great summer & fall.

Beware of the plastic film!!! Bought the 12x14 meridian gazebo through Rona in the spring of 2025. Took a long time to assemble but the instructions, pre-drilled holes, hardware, etc all worked perfectly. It has been set up for a few months now and I love it, but I can't give it 5 starts and I can't recommend to friends because I had such a hard time peeling the plastic film off the roofing material. It honestly took me as long to do that as it did to assemble the wooden parts. The plastic is TOO sticky, it breaks off in small pieces and leaves a sticky residue on the metal. You spend an hour peeling it off of one sheet of metal and then you realize you have to do it again ON THE OTHER SIDE! It was arduous and frustrating and really soured my experience. It's a manufacturing defect that Yardistry needs to resolve to ensure continued customer satisfaction with this product. Other than that, the gazebo is great.

We purchased this beautiful structure to accent our new patio. We are in LOVE! This is a sound structure. It has far exceeded our expectations. We purchased the privacy wall & gutters! My husband installed ceiling fans & our tv. It’s fantastic! Very happy with our choices. We have received many compliments from our family and neighbors. We definitely recommend anyone who is wanting a beautifully crafted gazebo to buy it from Yardistry. Excellent customer service too! Thank you, Yardistry!

I live in a neighborhood with an HOA and we needed approval to build this gazebo and were denied since it has an aluminum/metal roof and they require the gazebo to have shingles for the roof material. Is this an option for me to buy the material separately from a 3rd party and just discard the aluminum/metal roof material and use different material to put shingles on the roof instead?

Just finished the build , took all of 4 days . I give it a 4 star rating because it took 2 days to get the plastic off of the metal parts. the instructions are clear , diagrams are great . It even tells you when you need to have 4 people for some assembly. Great! The plastic coating was brutal! i would have help but they would only help for a short time and get frustrated and stop. Once removed pretty much an inch at a time it left glue residue all over the metal which we had to scrub with chemicals to remove. I had to leave some plastic inside as the metal as the metal was molded with the coating already on and I just couldn't get it off. I spent from noon until 8 one day and from 9-6 the next just removing the coating. It definitely took away from the project. I enjoyed the rest of the project. all the wood was in great condition and the Gazebo is a great addition to our yard.
