Bought this unit to power my new travel trailer.. Arrived in perfect shape. Read the manual and serviced it with gas and oil. Engine started on the second pull. Wow, was I surprised! It ran so quiet and smooth. This unit has more power than I need to run the RV, so it will be useful for other applications as well such as remote job sites. This generator is also small enough to fit in the back of my truck with the bed cover closed and locked which is important to me. Plus, its light enough that I, (a 70-year-old man) can load it in the truck. I did a lot of research before ordering this unit and I can guarantee that you will not find better quality or price from any other manufacturer.

We just recently purchased our new 4250w inverter a few weeks ago. We went through the steps to get it started, very simple and helpful. We like the inverter being so, much quieter than our bigger champion, we have. I strongly recommend that if your looking for a light weight inverter this one is most definitely a great choice.

This is a really good generator for the money. It only provides 110v outlets and no 240v but worth it unless you have to have the 240. There are only 2 outlets and an RV outlet but buying an RV extension easily adds additional. A cigarette adapter plugs in and provides USB ports as well. 4250W startup provides plenty for most appliances. Started up on first pull. Instructions start with "turn engine switch to on position". This is not an "engine switch", it is the "fuel switch".

Bought this for our camper and was pleasantly surprised how quiet this model is. Came with great instructions and was simple to get prepped. Filled with gas and fired right up! I have other Champion Power Equipment products and they have always performed flawlessly.

Both my father-in-law and I bought one of these generators. The only issue I had was not reading the full operators manual and realizing I needed to pull out the orange motor mounts. The generator literally danced across my garage until they were removed. Once they were pulled out the machine ran great. We both bought the generators for RVs. I would say that it is the perfect generator for my needs. My camper has 1 AC unit, a microwave, fireplace and a gas/electric water heater. I never tried running everything at once, but was able to run the AC, microwave, and electric only mode water heater at the same time. The Generator is not too big, not too heavy ( very manageable if the listed weight of 90lbs is correct ). I was able to get it in the back of my truck by myself no problem. The machine is easy to start, not too loud (compared to other generators I have owned), and easy to operate and understand controls and meters. I did a lot of research, and this is the generator that seemed best for my needs. The research paid off. Great machine!

So far this is an excellent generator. I got the added wheel kit to make it much easier to move around. I opened the box up, followed the very straight forward directions. Unscrewed the structure screws, added oil, added gas and I was in business. We hooked it up to my buddies RV and it was able to handle everything with ease. Relatively quiet for an open frame generator. Once we closed the door, we couldn't really hear anything. Seems pretty economical on gas. Would definitely recommend this generator.

It was such lighter and smaller than I thought it was going to be. It started on the second pull. I have it running right now outside and I can barely hear it. Plus my neighbors haven't come over to complain yet. I'll be changing the oil after 5 hours and then putting synthetic oil in it. Maybe it'll run even more quiet.

I received this Champion Invertor Generator as a Christmas gift. We experienced a terrible winter storm in February 2021 in Texas and the power grid failed to keep us with power. I have read through the user manual, studied the equipment and talked to the company representative. I am very impressed, so far. I expect this will be a great piece of equipment for the next storm or to run a big compressor or power washing job. I'll update when I actually start it up and use it.

This Champion in addition to an older, noisy, non-inverter generator that I have for my cabin. I had a tryout run at home and was a little disappointed with the noise. However, I live in a quiet neighborhood so I would give it a try when I went up to my cabin.

Though I am still in break-in, this inverter generator is stout. There is nothing chintzy about it. I bought the wheel kit and cover as it is heavy. With the kit, it wheels right around. The controls are simple, the manual concise. I was surprised at how quiet it is. Guess I just heard too many generators run. Do yourself a favor and avoid the cheap chinese brands and get a good one.
