We've been buying for a while now and it's usually pretty good. However, the last two boxes we tried, every third pod releases a LOT of grounds into the cup of coffee. Not just one or two, but mouthfuls of grounds. We thought maybe we got a bad box so we tried again, but nope, we're throwing out every third pod. Wasted coffee, wasted (unrecyclable) pod plastic, wasted water, wasted time. Something must have changed in the quality control. We won't buy again.

I have bought this product for over a year. I am now on my 3rd box where I have had to throw away, at minimum, a quarter of the box for defective pods and have ended up with mouthfuls of coffee grounds. To say that is highly unpleasant is an understatement, and it is not a savings in the least. I will go back to the more expensive brand name where I have not had this significant waste. It's a shame because the coffee has a great taste, but drinking a cup of coffee grounds is not pleasant.

Sam's website describes this as a MILD roast. Only if you enlarge the photo can you read that this is actually a MEDIUM roast coffee. I did not learn this until my order arrived. Sam's made good on my dissatisfaction but someone at Sam's should change how the online description reads.

Have used and enjoyed this coffee for years. Lately, though, have had problems with pods opening during brewing and spewing grounds throughout my Keurig brewer and my cup. Each time resulted in having to clean the brewer thoroughly before being able to brew another cup. Called Sam's and was sent a new box of pods. Same thing happened with them too. Finally searched and found what seems to be a solution. Using a push pin I puncture a tiny hole in the center of the foil cover before closing the brewer. That released some of the air inside the pod and that prevented the pod from bursting. Has worked for past two weeks, so hopefully I can again enjoy my favorite coffee.

Tried this for the first time and ummm very good could not believe it was a decaf with it's smooth but robust flavor. Of course I was going to order another, but when I received it the lable on the pod was different color. I thought o no but it was good, not the same but good.

Last box I had 15 k cups that left coffee ground in a fresh brewed cup. This new box I only used 13 cups so far and 7 of them have coffee grounds in cup. I only drink 1 cup a day. On my way to return them now, I will never purchase these again or any coffee from Sam's club ever again.

Enjoy this coffee but sad to see such an increase in price all of the sudden.
