The pod is defective. I thought my coffee maker was broken, I got “clean needle” messages and the pod overflowed all over spilling grounds everywhere. This happened about 8x at which point I gave up and just cut open the cups and used the coffee in my basket. Other brands are ok so I know it’s the pods

Love the coffee but some pods are defective. Out of the last 12 pods 4 were defective and resulted in a cup full of coffee grinds. This has happened in the past and seemed to be corrected on the previous box I purchased but is now happening again. I opened up the 4 defective pods and found that the filter was not attached to the cup all the way around so grinds can flow out into the brewed coffee. Very frustrating!

I'm the type of person who loves a late afternoon / evening coffee but can't sleep at night if I have one. I've tried every pod available and overall, I have not been impressed. I tried this on a whim and what do you know, it's quite good! This will be stocked going forward. So happy we found this!

Coffee tastes good but the pods are TERRIBLE! Some of the pods completely blow out all grounds and results in a wasted cup of coffee the other pods put out so many grounds that there is a layer at the bottom of my cup when I get to the last sip. These are the only decaffeinated coffee pods offered in my club. I will never buy these again and I hope anyone reading this heeds this warning! My Keurig is less than a year old and it brews other brand pods without this issue, so not my coffee maker.

The people who rate this coffee 5 stars must use enough cream and sugar to choke a horse. I drink my coffee black because only bad coffee needs a shovel-full of cream and sugar. This coffee is absolute swill unless its doctored. Thankfully, a friend gave me a pod to try before I bought a whole box. Now I know to avoid this.

These pods aren't constructed properly and leak grounds everywhere. They clog up the machine and fill my coffee cup with grounds. I took one apart and saw that the filter is attached too low and the needle from the coffee machine pierces it. so it's like having a hole in the coffee filter.

Save yourself the trouble. I read reviews warning this coffee pod clogs up the machine, but I had to learn the hard way. On average 1 out of 3 pods fails to brew because the small grains clog up the machine. I can swich to another brand and have no problems. I then tried this brand again and as usual, they failed to brew due to clogging.

There seems to be an issue with the quality control of the coffee pods. Every pod has been defective thus far, leaving varying levels of grounds in the coffee. A tablespoon of grounds in a single cup is not acceptable. I place a strainer over the top of the cup so I can use the remainder of the product. The coffee flavor is good but I will not purchase again because of the pod QC issue.

Coffee tastes great and is very affordable compared to name brand coffee.
