I bought this product for the first time. On my 5th load of laundry the packet didn't dissolve and I was left the product stuck to clothing and leaving huge red stains. I scraped off what I could and tried to run another load using a different product. It took 3 washes before the product fully came off, but it left red stains that never came out. Suddenly I though what about my whites, my uniforms, everything in my wash. I threw all the packets away and will try something else.

Really hoping Sam’s brings back the old blue pods in the plastic container!!!! The new tri-colored pods stink….literally. The old ones made my clothes smell fresh and clean and the new ones have a perfumy grandma smell. Please bring back the old ones!

Members mark products are usually pretty great quality. These pods are horrible. They are slimy feeling and get detergent all over your hands. The reason I use pods are so that I can throw them in quickly, and not have to pour out and measure etc. Now I have to take time out to wash my hands everytime I handle one of these. I used these previously with no issue. They disapeared from my local store for quite a while. When I saw them come back on the shelves I grabbed some. I had been using a Tide Pod product while they were not available. After using the Tide pods I realized that these member's mark brand leave my clothes smelling a little funky (thought it was my washer for the longest time). They do not leave clothes smelling fresh clean and don't get clothes as clean as tide. I will be returning these to the store.

Loved the old packs but these new ones do not dissolve in my HE front loader! It leaves behind the gel packet the liquid comes in and doesn't dissolve. I'm sad that I can't use these anymore and I dislike them so much. The pac is square while the liquid is in a circular shape leaving a lot of the gel packet that should dissolve doesn't at all. Super disappointed.

I've used these pods, and liked them, for many years. This time after going through more than half the container, they started leaving blue stains on my laundry. And, I can rarely get them out. Lately, I have been dissolving them in hot water before adding my clothes. This is still hit and miss. Now that I'm nearing the end of them, I am moving on to something else.

I received this product today and what a mess! The box had liquid residue all over the outside and inside of the shipping box. The product box itself also had residue (detergent) all over it, as well as the 2 packs of 65 inside. Upon opening the 2 sealed packs, there were several of the pods that the blue detergent was non-existent and there was a puddle of blue detergent in the bottom of the sealed bag. I haven't had a chance to actually use the pods yet, but guess the ones that are missing detergent I will have to use 2 pods; requiring me to use more pods than expected. I wound up buying these when my Tide pods were running low, and not too surprised to find another item is no longer available at my hometown Sams. That STINKS, Sams Club! I can say these are, okay. My laundry isn't really dirty, so I can't rate on getting out very dirty or soiled laundry. For my laundry they do the job. The clothes have a light, fresh scent and appear to be clean. My biggest issue is the fact that I keep coming across a leaky pod. That NEVER happened with my Tide pods. So, one leaks onto others and I feel that defeats the purpose of having laundry soap in this format. If I want liquid on my hands, I can go back to bottled laundry detergent. I don't feel this product deserves more than three stars. Sam's, please bring back the five star products you've been methodically yanking away from our city.

These pods are horrible. I gave them a try because Member's Mark products are usually very good. But they MISSED the mark on these. Even using 2 or 3 pods on a normal size load our clothes smell almost as bad AFTER the wash cycle as they did when they went into the washer. Granted, I do have teenage boys, but you would think that 3 would at least do SOMETHING! I will have to go back to paying the big bucks for the namebrand.

I prefer the design of just one segment within each pac, not three segments.

There really isn’t a clean smell to my clothes after I wash them. I would not buy these again
