It would be nice if you could get it so we could buy it ,you can’t rate something your not have a sale for yet

Easy to assemble and looks and feels great

It never got delivered they said it did,  and I’m paying for a $2,300 table.  And no actual humans to talk to., I’ll be disputing with my credit card.  Unreal.  It’s not like someone can just steal a 300 pound item.  And I was home all day waiting for it.

I got ripped off

Really nice set for the price! Easy to put together. The table is super heavy so you will need 2 people to place it on top of the base. We haven't been able to use the fire part yet due to windy conditions but so far we love the look and feel of the whole set up. 

The only downfall of the product was that our storage coverup had straps that you can attach to a chair to keep in place on windy days, well ours ripped off on the first day, after we had windy conditions. We are still able to use it but I have to place a toy lawn mower on top of the cover so that it doesn't blow off. They do have the spots to make it tighter around the bottom but it's just not enough to hold in place.

After putting it all together and setting it up, I noticed that one of the chairs was damaged. In the box they had a paper that said if there was anything wrong to text or call the company. I sent a text message on a Wednesday and an automatic message responded right away. One week later, someone reached out over text. They asked for proof of purchase and what was damaged. I sent my proof of purchase along with the picture of the damage. They said they would send a replacement right away. The following day I received a tracking order and my replacement was delivered about a week later. Customer service was on top of it and I like that they were able to help me over text message.
