Out of the box, if you connect bluetooth headphones the video playback slows to a crawl after about 15 seconds. This is a known issue with this unit and you have to disable automatic keystone to stop it from happening. Unfortunately, automatic keystone is one of the best features of this product because you can just pick it up and point it at a new wall and it corrects the screen. If you connect more than 1 bluetooth device, you'll be lucky if anything more than 1 works. This runs Google TV so its optimized to work with Android phones. You have to install this half-baked "MagiCast" sofware to cast from an Iphone from apps that were not made by Google. This works for some apps but not on others. You'll also have to update the firmware to resolve a bunch of slow performance issues. Overall, the Google TV software is very buggy. Most apps don't work well. GeForce Now app freezes the screen after ~10 seconds. There is no Netflix without this strange workaround that installs a much older version of the app. The UI is pretty clunky requiring a lot of button pressing to get where you want.
Customer support is awful. Not sure if its a real person or AI but emails are only canned responses and its like they dont even read what you asked them.
The picture quality is stellar but it has to be a dark'ish room.
If you just want to watch YouTube videos, in a dark room, with no bluetooth involved it's a 4-5 star product. If any type of bluetooth accessory is involved or you want to install apps beyond the pre-installed ones, this gets pretty bad pretty fast.
