Beautiful piece

This necklace really shines and shows up well on the neck without being too heavy. I got mine on sale and I’m glad I purchased it because for the price it’s a really nice piece. After two months of continuous wear it is still bright and shiny. You do have to be more careful with a herringbone chain as they tend to kink but so far mine hasn’t.

I love this necklace. I ordered the 18-20 one and it is perfect size! I recommend it. Very elegant.

I purchased this chain Friday 05/05 and received it today 05/08/2023 .Although its shiny and somewhat thin, I thought the price was acceptable, but when i opened it up and measured it the size was all wrong. Nada that will not do. Too small, as if I didn't know what a 16in looks like. Called CSR immediately because I want a refund which they reached out to the seller, and they tell me I need to wait on the 3rd party to acknowledge the/my request and they'll send the return label. I've purchased a lot of jewelry from SC never had an issue. This has to be a new seller because I can't return the item to the store. I've always equated SC to an hassle free zone company.

Misleading

I got the medium length as a spontaenous doorbuster purchase, and it is lovely. I want to look at it all day long. It is a little hard to get on with the clasp and chain the way it is so I definitely would not have wanted the shorter length

Buyer beware! Your order may never arrive for this necklace as this was the case for me. When I reported this to customer service I was given the run around for several weeks waiting for a resolution. I was initially told I would receive a replacement, then that changed to a refund, and now I'm told I won't be getting a refund. This is very poor customer service. This is my first time ever ordering/shopping from Sam's Club and will never again shop with this company. I would choose zero stars if I could for this awful experience.
