Took me about a week before getting to the 2nd loaf. Stayed fresh, no mold. Kept out unrefrigerated.

It does have a weird taste. I will still eat it but probably won’t purchase again. This was the most inexpensive way to purchase and try.

This bread is surprisingly like regular white bread. It even toasts without tasting like styrofoam! You should not hesitate to try it.

You get protein, fiber, no sugar, 0 net carbs only 30 calories per slice. Yes! Soft bread. Still need to try it toasted. I buy a sams club rotisserie chicken and make a sandwich. Oh so good!

The title pretty much says it all. This is like the Tyvek version of bread so far as how it tears. The flavour is decent, which is a definite plus as it's as chewy as gum. Lastly, I've had 4 loaves mold within 3 days of opening each. I do not recommend this product.
