All I can say this transformer put the biggest smile on my 16 year old nephews face. No complaints over here!!

My son LOVES Lego and Transformers, specially Bumblebee!! So this was the perfecto Christmas gift!! He LOVES IT!

Fun build, and very cool building techniques. However, it falls apart when being transformed, and returning back to model form. I was super impressed by the form and functionality of Optimus (rock solid), this build broke my heart - my expectations where far too high. Optimus spoiled me!

This was a fun laid back well put together set consisting of 10 bags mostly mirroring each side of the build. This set goes together fast with little informational bits on the set spread out on some of the pages. Definitely worth the value and I can’t wait to see some more transformers sets please give us some decepticons next! I would love to see a tank form Megatron and a Starscream even a Grimlock!

I like the set, I was excited about it and the build was fun, but the transformation is clunky and its a bit rough to display in robot mode. Overall I would still recommend it and my son has had fun stealing it off my shelf to play with but I would call it a step down from the very high quality Optimus, hopefully this was just due to its smaller size. I'm still looking forward to future transformer sets.

As with most of my Lego sets I did enjoy building Bumblebee. I applaud the attempt by Lego, and I know how much construction and thought must go into creating Lego Transformers. I did enjoy Optimus more. I don't feel like Bumblebee was a step forward in overall design and the Alt mode was a bit rough. Needless to say, I will be pre ordering the next Transformers they create without hesitation. Thanks Lego Team.

Very easy one day build but when it came to transforming…every time we moved one piece another would pop off. We got this after he finished Optimus Prime and being very happy with it. Bumblebee is my son’s favorite transformer and he was so excited but was super bummed out after not being able to transform it and we decided to leave it as a car. Even that took some time to put back together.

I bought it since I grew on watching G1 Transformers back in the 80's and since I already have Optimus Prime. This set is a big disappointment, while the build itself was fun the end result is just plain bad, Bumblebee can't transform without lots of pieces falling apart. It is very frustrating and perhaps the worst lego set, in terms of build quality, that I've ever had. This set was rushed into market without a good engineering. buyers beware!
