Navigation is smooth, and setup was a breeze. It also offers plenty of connectivity options, including HDMI, USB, and Bluetooth, making it versatile for gaming consoles or external devices. Very pleased, everything went great from placing the order to being kept informed of the ordering process to delivery. I did my research on all Brands/Models before making my purchase even though I have been a Samsung TV customer since 2007. I stream all content and so I am not always streaming 1080 or better; I am certain I am not using this TV's to its fullest capabilities. I am still using all the factory setting to include the ECO setting; there are 2 higher Brightness settings Standard and Dynamic. Tried these settings, I found the TV was too bright. If you are placing the TV in a bright room and or don't wish to close curtains during daylight and wish to view a colorful\Bright\Vivid\Sharp picture, you will not be disappointed. At times it is like I am looking at a Painted picture on my wall the detail and clarity is that great. Wish Picture Settings were fewer, they are intimating to me to go into and change. The Non-Glare, my TV faces a 9' Sliding Glass door...so I thought Non-Glare was a must, perhaps I just don't really understand the full benefits of a Non-Glare screen as I still see reflections of outdoors I did contact SamSung support to find out how I can see all "Sharing" data settings were turned off, a Ticket was issued. The Setting for sharing data to opt In or Out should be under a single menu Clearly labeled SHARING DATA Options.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I got this tv after my son tossed the remote and broke the screen of my previous year model. I selected the exact same model but the newest version. So I have noticed that there is some difference with software to start with. The welcome menu was different and isn't as user friendly as the previous year model. But I have noticed the screen is not as detailed as it was before. There are times that my 2009 plasma tv looks clearer than this neo OLED tv. I wish that I could fix my screen on my other neo OLED, but it is quite expensive just to replace a screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV stands out with high peak brighness. I was amazed at how bright a flashlight could be. If felt like someone was shining it right at me. Unlike my older TV, which had only a few backlighting zones and often struggled with blooming and uneven lighting, the Mini LED technology with thousands of dimming zones allows for the high peak brightness. The reds and greens on the TV really stand out.

The color accuracy is amazing and the deep blacks that I've come to expect were better than before. All the extra features with the new OS make it the best TV I've ever had. Highly recommend to TV buffs as well as casual users.

It has absolute clarity and gives great viewing experience such that we couldn’t take our eyes off for a moment until the tv program ended . We absolutely love this and plan to buy more for our new house a couple of them .. Samsung has built a Great product for years to cherish it .

I purchased this 85" Neo QN90D because my living room area has a lot of windows including vaulted ceiling glass and is very bright, especially on sunny days. Viewing my older Samsung 55" was very difficult in such bright conditions (including when blinds are drawn). I am very pleased with this TV as viewing is no longer an issue in these bright conditions, I so much enjoy the optimum brightening, minimum glare, clarity, vivid colors and the internal sound system.

I just replaced my 9 year old Samsung with a new NeoQLED and it's definitely been worth it so far. The picture is good, almost great in many cases. I think where it isn't great is likely just due to the Streaming Service and internet connection. The AI customization and mobile calibration are both really nice, along with all the extra, manual adjustments that can be made. The speakers are actually great for TV speakers, and cloud gaming is brand new for me so... that's pretty exciting. There is some lag but, again, that's likely the internet connection as much as it might be TV related.

It was easy to set up not only the TV itself but all the apps that we use to watch our favorite programs. Live sports look amazing which was one of the things that pushed us to get a Samsung over any other product. Overall I can see our household adding another one or two Samsung TVs.
