[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 65" Neo QLED TV has an excellent picture and sound and we've enjoy watching our favorite programs and movies on it. We've owned several Samsung TV's over the years and decided on buying a 65" Samsung when we moved into our new house.

Playing DVD's: MUST deactivate Anynet + feature otherwise TV loses connection with DVD player on a random basis (unfortunately I had to tell Samsung and store how to resolve the issue). Happened on brand new upscale DVD player and older model as well. Took 3 months and a lot of internet search to find resolution. Yes, takes 3 remotes to operate now, but it works now (DirecTV, TV remote and DVD player remote) without issue. Even had issues just streaming until I deactivated the Anynet + feature.

Contrast is stunning, with deep blacks that closely rival true OLED performance in most content. Its 4K/144Hz capability and low input lag make it a powerhouse for next-gen gaming. The Tizen OS is speedy, and the anti-glare screen technology is highly effective. A slight, occasional blooming in extreme dark scenes is the only thing keeping it from a perfect score—a definite 4.5/5.

We have a great room that has a great deal of daytime light, and this TV has The Best compensation for the brightness of the 3 TVs we have had in the room. If anything lets us down, it is the occasional issues from the streaming services, Never the TV. Internet browsing with the remote is quite the task, but we are getting better with time and practice. Mirroring from a phone or tablet works well with YouTube.Sound from the TV is good, but we use a soundboard with a subwoofer, which really matches the impressive picture. Very impressive television, highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I keep having connection issues. It loses connection to the Internet, and it’s the TV. The only thing that loses connection. I’ve had somebody come and look at it and it’s still doing the same thing. Not very happy with the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the 85” and it was a lot bigger than expected which was great. I upgraded from my 55” Samsung, so it was a big difference. Streamed my streams right away to see the picture quality and it was amazing. I even plugged in with my previous Samsung soundbar and it was pumping out sound just as it did before with no problems. The only thing I will say is you do want a little bit darker of a room to avoid glare completely. It isn’t annoying, but just noticeable. I also found it a little harder to navigate to different input devices. Overall though, very happy and can’t wait to have family and friends over to share the experience!

While this is a great TV and I'D recommend for the price, it has flaws. 1. The USB port stays powered on now instead of turning off when the TV is turned off. 2. The screen is soft and scratches too easily. 3. Volume profiles don't amplify voices enough. 4. Somewhat complicated menu navigation for some features. 5. Should have retained the automatic screensaver function like our older Samsung model had. 6. Since it is Wi-Fi connected to a home network, should be able to connect directly to networked phones and computers via Wi-FI. 7. Ports should be more accessible from one or both sides for easier access, like just a couple inches in from a side. 8. Maybe make frames available for purchase that owners can install themselves to make the TV look nicer, like art.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is the mainly used for my personal viewing. The setup was easy, packaging allowed me to install stand while still being supported. Applications are easy to download and place on the home screen. The screen is fairly black in dark scenes and more than bright enough in ECO mode during the daytime with plenty of sunlight in the room.

I love the 3D sound system it's pure and direct. Smart feature helps me control the whole house. It's the best TV i have had in the last 50 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a smart TV - and finished the conversion from cable to streaming 10 months later; I liked it so much that when I replace older non-smart TV's a I a smilar butr smalller one for another room... At first I found all Apps available and fully functional (a little tricky to find) Only within the last week did I get my first disappointment - in and effort to avoid paying a large monthly amount for live streaming services I signed up for CNN full streaming - Only to realize that the App on my Samsung TV's do not support private CNN accounts - only linkage to another subscription for Streaming. In short the App on TV is outdated (it predates the concept Of CNN streaming). BIG Problem - I do not know who is responsible for making the missing upgrade? - CNN or Samsung?
