This is probably my 70th Samsung product, so 1 blip out of 70 is alright in my book. I won't buy any other brand and this tv is better than being in the theater!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not expect such clarity with the color and picture. I was pleasantly surprised how clear of a picture. The built in sound is also fantastic. You can hear it no matter where you sit in the room. Love the voice command remote. It was a great idea to have a solar battery charger for the remote. I just place it in the sun and the charge is always there. I would recommend to anyone that asks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded to this TV a couple weeks ago. The picture quality is great and the airplay is very easy to use and set up. The tv set up was easy, walks you though everything. I have a sound bar, so I cannot speak to the quality of the sound on the TV. The TV is AI and has a built in speaker to wake up the tv and ask questions to, however it often has a hard time hearing or understanding even with a quiet room. There is also a mic on the remove and it works really well. When watching older shows the tv does improve the quality of the picture which is great. overall I would recommend this TV and I am happy with my purchase.

While this is a great TV and I'D recommend for the price, it has flaws. 1. The USB port stays powered on now instead of turning off when the TV is turned off. 2. The screen is soft and scratches too easily. 3. Volume profiles don't amplify voices enough. 4. Somewhat complicated menu navigation for some features. 5. Should have retained the automatic screensaver function like our older Samsung model had. 6. Since it is Wi-Fi connected to a home network, should be able to connect directly to networked phones and computers via Wi-FI. 7. Ports should be more accessible from one or both sides for easier access, like just a couple inches in from a side. 8. Maybe make frames available for purchase that owners can install themselves to make the TV look nicer, like art.

Once I connected this 85in TV, I couldn't believe the quality and clarity of the picture. It's like being in a movie theater. I am very pleased with this product and just wished I would have purchased it long ago. I also use this for searching things on YouTube, which I find easy to do.

The colors are vibrant and sharp, making it worth every penny. I've only had it for a month, but I'm glad I chose this model over other, more expensive options. The money I saved allowed me to purchase an excellent Sonos soundbar and subwoofer to enhance the viewing experience. Thank you for providing such a great product at a fair price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Samsung TVs, their picture is great! This is my first Neo QLED and I'm impressed so far! I've got two knocks though- 1. The volume doesn't level out. Loud as heck then can barely hear it. The AI sound option doesn't ever work. 2. Samsung's UI has always been and still is terrible. Navigating is a nightmare, especially with the included remote. I bought another remote to make it easier but the UI needs a complete overhaul. Overall a solid TV!
