These are NOT the tiny chicken breasts you get at KFC - these are big and meaty. Sizes within the bag vary - I use "smaller" ones (still a healthy size) for individual serving meals, and larger size (quite large) for stir fry meals, soup, or tacos when I plan to dice or shred the chicken. There is a LOT of chicken in this bag so it definitely makes it worth the price. I purchased them the first time when the fresh chicken breasts were not available. However, I've gotten them several times since then because they are so convenient, and the same price as the fresh pieces.

I just called Members mark hotline who called manufacturer of this members mark frozen 10lb bag chicken breast and they confirmed it is gluten free. Hope that helps. When nothing else is available during a pandemic this is not bad chicken. Kinda scary how big these breasts are!

I bought these knowing that they had 15% added water. You can actually see the injection holes. I thought the convenience of buying already broken down and frozen would be a game changer.While defrosting be sure to use a large bowl, it will be full of water once chicken has defrosted. The chicken itself has pieces of cartilage and more fat than buying fresh. Despite this,the chicken tastes fine but in the long run I'll pay 10 cents more per pound for fresh.

The package recommends cooking a frozen chicken breast for 50min at 375°F. This amount of time didn't fully cook the chicken; the pieces are very large, it was mostly thawed. The package doesn't say it should be thawed first. It's best to purchase your chicken fresh then freeze it yourself.

With the complaints of markup, I'm guessing people haven't checked the prices in stores? I compare the store sales with Sam's prices and Sam's is either cheaper or approx. the same. I prefer the Sams frozen ones because they're mostly free of fat and individually ice coated to freeze, which makes them easier to pull a single breast (enough to feed 2-3 people) out.

they changed up the chicken, its tough even when cooked appropriately. wont buy again.

Disappointed the price of this went up almost 10 bucks....
