This was the worst frozen chicken breast I’ve ever purchased. 90% of the bag was unusable as the chicken was incredibly rubbery. Also it seems like the breasts are decent size but it was more fat than chicken. I would not purchase these again.

Bought this bag at Bismarck sam's club yesterday. Thawed it. Skin chunks, fat throughout the bag still on the breasts. The trimming was horrendous. Won't be buying again. Probably 1/5th of the bag was unusable.

We buy these for us and for our 4 legged kids. We all love them. Large portions not huge. Have not had to close fat, skin or bones yet. I am pleasantly surprised.

This chicken use to be great! Now it's rubbery and just has a bad texture. No matter how you cook it. Made my husband feel sick every time after he ate it. Will not buy anymore. Don't waste your money.

I just called Members mark hotline who called manufacturer of this members mark frozen 10lb bag chicken breast and they confirmed it is gluten free. Hope that helps. When nothing else is available during a pandemic this is not bad chicken. Kinda scary how big these breasts are!

I have been buying this chicken for as long as I've been shopping at Sam's. I really like the fact they are individually frozen, and I can just take 2 or 3 pieces at a time. But the last 2 purchases have looked like they were defrosted/ melted together/ refrozen in one big mass. I returned the last bag because I literally couldn't break any chicken pieces apart and had to question its quality.

We bought these frozen chicken breasts because Sam's seems to have quit carrying the fresh chicken breasts by the pound (forever now) like they are with other items that have been out of stock & no longer in our location long after the pandemic shortages of a year & a half ago. These frozen chicken breasts are tough, not very good at all. They were 'ok' in a pinch, but unless Sam's gets the fresh back by the pound, we'll take our business elsewhere, as we've had to do for several such items that are now "missing in action".

There is a weird offensive aftertaste with the chicken in the bag that we got this time but not the first one (only bought twice so far). It was super obvious when I did a sous vide cook and then another batch that was fried had quite a bit even after brining in pickle juice. I bought another bag recently hoping that it was a one-off batch. Going to try once more before we just toss the bag and give up and try the next bag. Will update my review with findings.

As others have said, this product has bad flavor and tough, mealy texture. I've tried it a few times and still the same. The value is dubious as well since 3 lbs thawed sheds more than half a pound of water. I notice there is more fat left on the meat than good chicken should have, so even less value.

These are NOT the tiny chicken breasts you get at KFC - these are big and meaty. Sizes within the bag vary - I use "smaller" ones (still a healthy size) for individual serving meals, and larger size (quite large) for stir fry meals, soup, or tacos when I plan to dice or shred the chicken. There is a LOT of chicken in this bag so it definitely makes it worth the price. I purchased them the first time when the fresh chicken breasts were not available. However, I've gotten them several times since then because they are so convenient, and the same price as the fresh pieces.
