This play set is great! Our daughters and their friends love it! It took my wife and I two days to assemble it, so prepare accordingly. Pretty easy to assemble, directions will get you through it. It is a big structure with a lot of pieces/parts. Recommend laying all the pieces out in an alphabetical line so they are easier to find as you build. Very happy with the product!

We did seal off the monkey bars so our little one doesn't fall off. The 8 year old can still access the bars from the other end. Love this set and so do our grandkids!

This was a great purchase. There were only a few screws missing and the company over-nighted them on a Friday - they were delivered Saturday before lunch! All of the wood pieces were perfect and It took four days to build it, but it was not too difficult and went together smoothly. The manufacturer is a great company to do business with.

This is one popular structure! Almost everywhere we looked was sold out and then found it at Sam’s Club. If you want it built quick I recommend splurging and paying for assembly. We ended up paying the guys that are doing our remodel to put it together and ended up the same as the assembly option. It took them a week to do it but granted they hadn’t built a play structure before. They did a great job however and even stained it for us! We love it! Highly recommend!

We bought this playset a year ago and hired a local guy to set it up. I am handy, but I would highly recommend hiring out for the build unless you have time to burn. We didn't get around to clear coating the set, but that doesn't appear to have mattered so far. We live in sunny southeastern Washington state (300 days of sunshine!) and have seen little to no fading of the stain. Our daughter loves playing on and in her set. The features appear well suited to someone who was 5 when we got it through at least the next couple of years. She likes to use it as a getaway, picnic station, playhouse and just to swing or climb on the mini climbing wall and up and down the slide. We bought ours through Sam's Club, finding the overall cost was lowest via that route. It was delivered by a tractor-trailer in good condition. As I recall, we didn't have to call for any replacement parts. One or two of the wood components were damaged but they were not damaged in any way that affected the set, as in neither visible once assembled nor splintery. Incidentally, our daughter has reported zero splinters in a full year of extensive play. Great set. Glad I didn't build it myself, truly, but I'm sure it would have been doable if I'd had the time to burn. Definitely would recommend it!

Our swing set is to arrive today, yay! We can't wait! The only problem is waiting for installation! I just called and its almost a month wait. The operator was very nice and wrote notes that we needed it by a certain day. Arrrggg, can't wait to have it already :)

It’s everything I wanted for my boys who are 4 and 7. They love the club house and we all love the swings. It took about a week off and on for us to put together after work but completely worth it! The play set is good quality and a beautiful color stain. Everyone who comes over even adults comment how cool it is!

Purchased this to replace a very old swingset for our grandkids. The assembly was long and tedious but the instructions were spot on. The online app was very helpful at times to assist with some clarity. Had an issue with a part and it was shipped to me right away. It was helpful to lay out the parts by number so that they were easy to find. I bought the anchors and rubber pieces to hold playground in place and keep the wood off the ground - I highly recommend doing this.

I bought this set last December as a Christmas present for my two boy, and it's been wonderful. Building it when the snow is starting to fall is a very bad idea, as you want to take your time and pay close attention to the instructions (near LEGO quality). My only issues have been with broken screws since it's seen the summer sun. Higher quality screws would significantly increase the cost, so I'm not bothered replacing the few the snapped.
