Overall very satisfied. Took about 20 total hours to put together including leveling and putting the hold-down stakes in the ground. Happy to report all the pieces were there which somewhat amazed me given the number of pieces of wood and hardware required to assemble. A couple of minor errors in the instructions. There were some slight differences between the color photo and the actual set. Color photo on instructions showed a small window on the gable in the front but instructions had it installed in back.

I didn't keep track of my hours of labor on the install, and I can't say it really took 3 weeks to put together because of all the rainy days I couldn't work on it. I figure it was about 30-35 hours total, and only had help 3-4 hours from someone else(there are a few bolts that you need someone on the other side, unless to have eight foot jelly arms). If you purchase, check ALL peices against the list. Was only missing three parts, and they had them to me in three days with no hassle, but would have held me up if I didn't check first. Pay close attention to which way parts are turned when they are bolted on, and do not over tighten bolts. Very nice looking set, and sturdier than I thought it would be looking at the lumber when I got it.

My wife and I looked at many different playsets before finally deciding on the Skyfort. The shipment and delivery from Sams Club was super fast and was delivered within a week. The boxes took quite a beating from the shipment, and the shipping co only sent 1 guy to unload; that is roughly 200lbs per each big sized box. The delivery guy still put the boxes into our garage and not on the curb as described, great service and kudos to this one guy! We noted the box damage on the form so the delivery guy can leave, and took accountability of the wood contents, nothing was damaged or missing. I didn't really count the hardware since there was so many and it was in another box inside the big box, so I figured since it was still intact everything was there unless they miscounted at the factory. The setup took about 30 working hours total = 10 hours working alone during the workweek and 2 full weekends (10 hours with help of a friend and 10 hours alone#. The directions were pretty straight forward, and I counted two spots where the directions were not accurate #e.g. wrong hardware part numbers between pictures diagrams and worded directions). In the end after the project was said and done, all that I was missing were two 5/16" washers, which I happened to have spares in my toolbox. Not bad at all, fortunately for me I didn't have to run to the store like some others did. The set is extremely sturdy, it is anchored into the ground by 8 stakes total and does not shift or move at all even when my son is on the swings. The only reason for the quality mark down is due to the strength of the floor panels, they had a tendency to bow/move a little bit while I was stepping on them; however shouldn't be a problem for the intended age target up to kids 10 years of age. Another area of concern was the beam that the monkey bar attaches to, to me it seems like the beam wouldn't support it, but it held up to my weight of 155lbs, again shouldn't be a problem for kids up to 10 years of age. Spent a little more than what we originally started at, but no regrets and absolutely love it.

Great swing set very sturdy. It took my husband two eight hour days to put it up by himself without any help. We did need to purchase some screws and a couple of extra bolts that were missing... Not a big deal. Five bucks total at our local hardware store. My son and his friends absolutely love it and it looks great in our yard. People think we spent a lot more on it than we did.

This playset is so much fun! All four of my kids love it (ages 1-6) and can play on it at the same time. It took several days to put together, but the instructions were wonderful. Occasionally it would have the wrong length of screw/bolt listed, but common sense helped us sort that out. It is very helpful to have 3 people working on assembly (one to gather the parts for the next step), 2 people is a must! We love it!

Bought this in spring 2015, has held up really well. we have a 2& 4 year old they use the entire set except the monkey bars for now (too short to reach). we did buy separately a baby swing from Home Depot to sub for one of the swings for our smallest. This did take 2.5 days to assemble with 2-3 men working on it. We have a construction business so we are not building novices, and that why it's not getting 5 stars. Also our yard is not level ( and really whose is perfectly level?) we had to adapt the structure after market for that on our own, not hard but a few extra pieces of wood would have made the process easier.

I originally saw this on another website for about $500 more but after reading several reviews that said they pruchased from Sams Club I visited this site. I was floored at the difference in price not to mention the free shipping. The other site was only offering $9.99 shipping. My husband put this up in a week. My kids LOVE it!

I purchased this playset online and also used Sam's Club's installation. It was a very easy process. It was installed in one day!! The installers were very professional. The playset is very good quality and will last for many years to come. My 7 year old daughter loves it. It is tall enough for a 6'1'' adult to stand on the second level. I'm very satisfied with the playset. I would recommend to anyone!!!

We researched a ton of play sets and this one had everything we were looking for. It will be perfect for our kids for many years. It was quite the task to put together but worth it. It’s sturdy, holds up in all sorts of weather, including winter. I highly recommend it.

We just got finished with the swingset installation. I bought the installation services from Sam's club for $500. It took the installer three full days to install the set. Though the scheduling was tough with the service, I can't complain about the installer. It does look great and the kids really like it. Here are some cons: 1. You have to walk over the sandbox to get to the play area beside the picnic table. The kids are walking on the sandbox cover, just seems odd to me. 2. The swings are too close together. They should have increased the length of this board to allow for the swings to be further apart. If one child swings a bit 'crooked' they smash into the other child.
