We have owned this playground for about a year now and it has held up quite well to use of 3 boys. They love going into the crows nest and scoping out the view. They have important Kids’s meetings in the second level. And we put sand in the bottom level. It’s been a great source of entertainment for my kids.

The grandkids LOVE this thing. The whole thing was packaged very well. I did have to make a modification to part SP50; the holes at the top were on the wrong side. It only took a few days to assemble, but, would have taken longer if I did not have the “bilt” app to help. I would definitely recommend this swing set!!

The build was not super hard, but it did take a while. Nothing was missing or broke in the boxes. The kids absolutely love this. My only issue, the packaging in the boxes was completely mixed up. I’d be happy to pay for the extra boxes to have all of the parts for one step in the same box. We had to completely unpack and sort everything in order to be able to funds parts for each step in the build.

Our kids have an absolute blast on this playground! We are running into one problem.. the bar that holds the swings for some reason is very short and doesn’t leave enough spacing between the glider and swings. We have had a few kids get hurt.. my son was swinging and his friend went to get off the glider and it moved a little toward the right and caught my sons hand mid swing.. Wondering if a longer replaceable bar is available?

Looking at the boxes of wood was a little overwhelming but the instructions where easy to follow. Sort out the wood and screws in order and assembly went well and was actually kind of fun for the family. The actual set is everything we thought it would be, my 7 year old explorer lives the crows nest and my 5 year old gymnast loves her monkey bars.

Great for the price! Some of the finish started peeling off within the first week, so that was disappointing. We will just seal it and hopefully prevent more. The kids love it, definitely a great deal for the price! Be sure to have help and plan for a weekend to put together - we had 3 people and it took two full days. Very tedious. Overall we’re very happy with our purchase and have recommended to friends!!

We bought this from SAM’s. Delivery went smoothly & on time. We used the BILT app to assemble making it so much easier….don’t throw the book bcz it is very helpful as well. Make sure you take your time and follow instructions. My husband decided to work ahead without me and he doesn’t pay attention to detail and the deck of the crows nest got narrowed up by about 1/16”, I took the deck apart and redid it. After that I would not let him do anything with out both being there. We are not carpenters so check work twice to prevent screw ups. Other than that it is pretty easy as long as you follow instructions. Took us about 22 hrs spread out over 2 weekends. My kids love it! My youngest had her eye on this playset at Sam’s for about a yr and wouldn’t consider anything else and in her words. It’s everything I’ve ever dreamed of. Many hrs on this already and it’s only been up 2 weeks. You will not be disappointed. From crows nest, clubhouse fort down to the sandbox and picnic table and all the extras there is so so many features with this one at a very good price.

Our daughter has been loving this thing for almost a year now. We bought it when she was 2.5 years old and she could hardly climb the stairs, now 3.5 and she can climb the rock-wall. She only has the monkey bars to master, and I know she be there soon.

Not sure why everyone loves this set. Overall, the set provides enough activities for my children to play with. However, the quality is extremely poor. The wood is very soft and split in many spots while putting it together. It is not cedar, but cedar stain. Part of the wood grain are rising and peeling. This set has been together for 2 months. I called customer service and their response was that, I must be having extreme weather and in order to maintain the warranty, I must seal the set. Ok, but it's only been up 2 months and in NY we have not had extreme weather, it's been unseasonable cool. Our intention was to seal it at the end of summer, because I did not want the kids playing on the set when the sealer smell was on it. Poor customer service and a poor set. Wish I'd spent the additional $300 bucks and bought the gorilla set.
