Well here's the story i bought the model highlander before this at one of the clubs but when i saw this online it looked quite bigger for a couple of hundred dollars more so i ordered this one after looking and reading soo many good reviews about it . Over all i would give it 95/100 and the 5 i took out were for being it soo difficult to assemble and i really mean its not one of the easiest swing one can assemble . You really need to be good with a drill first of all other thn that forget about it and thn u make one or two inch difference in putting one of the parts thn you can expect entire thing to be put together again . Took 3 ppl almost 2 days to make it happen and yes please do make sure u check out all the parts and arrange them according to the list given as one missing bolt/screw can leave u stranded till it arrives or else the other option like we did was went to homedepot where there particular size wasnt available and we ended up putting a longer length hex bolt(abt 2 inch bigger) which does look ugly and not satisfactory to ones view . Or else i could have waited for a week for it to be shipped and thn what if another part was missing call again?. any ways just count all the parts including hardware assign one extra day for it believe me its worth it . Now finally after its put up together doesnt look like a bad job by my helper couple of parts are not alligned like they should be but i think it was overall a very hectic job and requires a good handyman to do it not really difficult to read the steps thought but still i'd say go for it not a bad product for the price.

We have 3 kids, they were 2, 5 and 6 when we purchased this set. We did a good amount of research before choosing this one based on style, features, and price. The initial delivery they forgot the slide, but that seemed to be a product of the delivery people. It took about a week to have it delivered, but it worked out since it was one of the last pieces we needed and it look us longer than that to get to that step. It wasn't too hard for my husband to assemble with a little help. The kids love the variety and it fits great in our backyard. Very happy with this purchase!!

Overall, this sky fort is very good. The price and value are very reasonable compared to other similar manufactured forts. Customer service was exceptional. I called three times for missing parts and they provided them quickly at no cost. The instructions manual could be written clearer for easier installation ((one example the roof boards' direction is not clear and the side boards (put inside or outside) of the roof tops installation)) but I figured out my questions eventually. I wasted a couple of hours due the instruction manual not being clear. It took me a solid week to build. My grandson is thoroughly enjoying this fort and will continue enjoying it for a long time.

Great swing set very sturdy. It took my husband two eight hour days to put it up by himself without any help. We did need to purchase some screws and a couple of extra bolts that were missing... Not a big deal. Five bucks total at our local hardware store. My son and his friends absolutely love it and it looks great in our yard. People think we spent a lot more on it than we did.

We decided to buy the Skyfort II because it seemed that for the money we were getting a lot more features than in other sets. I would estimate it took 36 hours to put together. We spent 2 hours on inventory. My husband built some pieces after work, the ladder, rock wall, monkey bars, etc. It took him 1.5 days to put the rest together. Everything is marked which makes installation easier. We went through in the evening and put the bolts in separate baggies, labeled for each step, which helped the installation go faster. I also, while he was building would find the wood and lay it out for each step which also helped. I will say they do not give you enough screws. We had to buy more. Although, we had more than enough of the other required nuts, bolts, etc. The hardest part for my husband, was putting the slide together. The set is real sturdy and appears that it will be durable. Very pleased.

This is an amazing set. The overall quality of the whole kit was incredible. Every part was labeled and none of them were missing. We had four people, a parts person, instruction reader, and two builders and we had it done in 18 hours including cleanup. I would highly recommend this product.

The order came within the week and we started putting it together soon after. Pros: - many different play areas for different age kids to play!!! - looks good - sturdy, good quality (great swing hooks, sturdy rock wall) - didn't take as long to put together as thought (only one week on and off, but all day saturday) - one person can put most of it together except a few parts Cons: - wrong 2 pieces (have yet to order them) - seperating the peices by letter/#'s - had to be there for delievery (but delievered in the evening) - monkey bars spin (will try to fix) Overall a great playset and would recommend!!!!

Instructions are hard to follow. Parts are difficult to find. But the main disappointment is in the quality of the wood. Ours has been up for two weeks and the wood is showing major signs of wear. The wood is super soft and scuff marks and dents are there and some boards are peeling up. Think is should have been much better quality for the amount of money.

READ YOUR MANUAL CAREFULLY, DOWNLOAD BILT APP AND REVIEW, PUT ALL HARDWARE INTO ZIPLOCK BAGS AND LABEL WELL. I THEN PUT MINE IN NUMERICAL ORDER AND PUT THEM INTO TWO SHOE BOXES. I LEFT THE LARGER HARDWARE IN THE BOX IT CAME IN. I WROTE NOTES REGARDING HARDWARE AND DETAILS IN MY MANUAL. BE SURE YOU PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO POSITION OF PILOT HOLES ON BOARDS AND KEEP SCREWS AND BOLTS A BIT LOOSE TO ALLOW FOR OTHER PIECES TO FIT TOGETHER WELL. I ADDED 2 2x4 BOARDS UNDER THE CLUBHOUSE FOR STABILITY!!! I'M A 55 Y.O. GRANDMA BUILDING FOR THE 1ST TIME!

This is a great set for my children and would highly recommend it to anyone. But with that being said, you have to have a little skill and the right tools to put this thing together, because it makes it alot easier to put together. This set is big and grandma went through all the boxes and labeled each board and organized them with post it notes, wow was that a big help. She knew were each piece was and we laid it all out in the garage prior to assembly. That was a big time saver. It took use about 30 hours to put together in total, that's not including digging the 4 x 4 post and sinking them into concrete because our yard was not level enough, so the back side is about 4 inches off the ground but secured with huge lag bolts to the concreted 4 x 4's. Having the payset level is a must! They include alot of lag screws and having a cordless impact driver made quick work of the big screws, but I was impressed that they went well above just using screws in places where I think they could have gotten off cheaper by just using wood screws. We were missing 1 floor board for the house and it did take a week to get it but we left that out in the middle of the second floor and assembled everything around it and then waited to put the side on until we got it, it should not have taken that long to ship but overall, considering all the pieces, I think they did well. All in all we are very satisfied with this set and had done alot of research on numerous sets before deciding on this one. Also, we bought our set in the store and it was only $1,299.00 not the price they show on line, just FYI.
