Do not order to be shipped

Do not order this from Sam's Club. Mine came in original cardboard box with no cushion and they are cracked.

reply from Chinet Team

Hi! The Chinet® brand is here for the party thrills, not the spills. We are so sorry your product didn't arrive in good condition. Thank you for bringing this to our attention! The truth is sometimes our party gets crashed during fulfillment and shipping, and we have little control over what happens during transit. We've passed along this feedback to the appropriate parties to avoid this sort of mishap in the future. If you'd like to discuss any additional feedback with our brand, we encourage you to reach out to MyLife@mychinet.com or call 1-800-847-4129!
