[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used Chinet Cut Crystal plates on Easter. It was the perfect combination of convenience and design. They look pretty but it was nice to be able to trash the at the end of the meal. The lasted through the meal, and seconds!

They are sturdy and I never worried plate would bend or break with them being full of food.They are a perfect size for dinner. They could be used for a "fancy" dinner party or for a more rustic event. You could use them for a simple meal, and easily wash to use again, or not have to worry about washing and just throw them and not be out a large amount of money.

They are not flimsy and you can pile the food on. They also look you paid a lot of money for nice plates when they did not break the bank. Classy enough for a formal dinner and down to earth enough for a hoe down.

Using Chinet means cutting back on water by not having to wash dishes. And because Chinet is so strong, I never have to worry that it’s not going to collapse and spill my hard-earned meals! I can use Chinet items for so many purposes…put holes in the bottom of a bowl…I’ve got a strainer! My large plates serve as trays, then as plates! I love this stuff! And when I’m done? It’s there as a fire starter! No residue!

I plan on using them for our Easter gathering, and my place setting is going to look amazing! Plus they are super sturdy and useful. The 10" plates are big enough to hold my ham and all the sides that go with it.

They look a lot nicer and are very sturdy making them easy to carry when food is on them. My one and only small complaint is they are a little more fragile, so when packing be mindful they can crack or break if placed in a poor location.
