I was happy with a different Serta dog bed, and I thought I was buying something of similar quality. I was disappointed that the fill was torn up memory foam, and not a slab of foam. (This is represented in one of the photos, but not otherwise obvious.) This causes the bed to be puffy, but not as supportive as a slab of foam, and allows the foam pieces to shift. Additionally, I was disappointed in the fill of the bolsters. This is loose fibers (hair?), so you cannot remove the bolsters to wash the cover. I was just about to wash the cover, when I realized it was already tearing and the loose fibers were exposed. I don' think it would last another wash. On the plus side, it did last 3-1/2 years, but I will be finding a different replacement.

Regretting this purchase, it’s very loose and wiggly. It shifts around under my dogs weight (45lbs). When she tries to lay on it she slides off or to the back because it’s so unstable. It’s very “plush” and soft which she likes. But she lays for a bit gets frustrated and constantly shifts around and then moves to her old bed. I definitely should has spent the money elsewhere.

I had this bed for less then two years. I purchased it 02/20/2021. I had to purchase a different type of bed because my pit bull chewed this bed up. She was pooping foam and stuffing. To return sam's wanted me to bring it back. Well it was falling apart with each movement. Although I needed the $ back for replacement taking it back without transportation. I just threw it away. If you have a pitbull or any dog that likes to chew do not buy this bed. The new bed I purchased she is not fund of but has not been able to chew.

We purchased two of these beds a couple of years ago. Our dogs love them and they are holding up really well. We purchased two more for another area in our home and just received them. The memory foam is missing and there is only a bag of filler. So, they are either defective or they are cheapening them and still trying to sell them as memory foam beds. They need to change the language if they no longer have memory foam. We are returning these.

I finally found a dog bed that my dog likes as well if not BETTER than my bed!!!

I have purchased this exact bed before and this one was far inferior as to quality and appearance. Very dissatisfied!

My dog loves her bed but IT IS FALLING APART WITHIN THE FIRST WEEK... AND HAS CONTINUED! I paid full price and disappointed for the cost.

I purchased this bed for our 4 yr old German Shepard and couldn’t be happier! Super soft cozy warm- not too hot and comfy!!!

I have had his bed before. Ordered it again and it is nothing like the picture. Very small in size even though it says it’s XL.

The top fabric is incredibly flimsy my dog scratched it and the first day the stuffing was all coming out of the top and they were huge holes in it
