High quality product and my 100+ pound labs love sleeping on them. These beds get them up off the cold floor. The pad they sleep on is plush and thick compared to other cheap beds.

I bought this for my dog with the hopes it would be durable and comfortable for my old guy. The top fabric tore within five minutes. I expected something a bit more durable. I guess the Serta name isn't what it used to be.

As others have mentioned, the bed is not an XL. My dog is 70 pounds are its a shade small, but we are making it work. It does, however, seem to be well made. Its not flattening after a months use.

I have bought several dog beds at Sam’s Club over the years, and all are superior to anything I have gotten elsewhere, including pet stores. Not only do they hold up, but the dogs love them. Great quality at a great price!

Have had quite a few pet beds over the course of time. We always seem to prefer Serta pet beds as they are easy to clean/wash. They are also durable and my dogs love them. Don’t settle for less.

My dogs absolutely love this bed!! It's so comfortable and soft. I love that my dogs sleep in a comfortable bed. I have two dogs that weight about 15 lbs each and they both fit comfortably.

Measurements are from outside edge to outside edge, not from the actual sleeping area. So, it is kinds small for my 60lb dog. Other than that, very good quality.

XL wasn't quite big enough for my golden retriever although he does use it. Also, the product was deformed -- the stuffing was sunken in on one half. I've tried to redistribute it, but to no avail.
