I purchased two of these pillows in the gray and black for my two boxers (65-69lbs). Once received they appeared to be very nice and fluffy, after a week and a half there are already holes in BOTH of my new pillows, the stuffing is coming out of the pillows and I’m constantly vacuuming it up. The pillows are nice but they are NOT durability AT ALL. Very disappointed!

My big old dog loves it

This bed is super thick. Two layers of stuffing. It didn't have the solid foam base we had gotten from a Serta bed before. It was unstable for our older dog as it was tippy. Also the material on the bed was very soft and not durable. With that being said, Sam's Club did stand by the product and gave me a refund.

The first Serta dog bed we purchased lasted for 8 years and looked amazing!! We have had this bed for a few months and it’s already flat and looks awful. We will need to find another brand of dog bed in our house, to replace the other 4 Serra’s when they die because the new ones are terrible.

Great product

It is too cushy but not firm or flat with 2 layers like the Serta ortho bed of old so when our senior dog steps on it, he doesn’t feel secure enough and backs out. Feels cheaper but is the same price as the previous Serta bed from Sam’s. He won’t sleep in it. Returning.

We just had to purchase a second one of these Serta XL beds as we bought one last year & our big dogs would fight over who is going to get to lay in it. So now they each have their very own. It's so comfortable, (I kid you not), that I sit in it sometimes when I sit on the floor to watch a show. The dogs look at me like "lady get your own dog bed" (LOL) Knock on wood we have not had any problems thus far with either of the beds, & feel they are of good quality & very soft to the touch :)

I purchased the bed for my rescue, 10 minutes after opening, my dog went to ball up her blanket and two long tears appeared. I have another larger Serta bed I had for my previous dog and she balls her blanket on that one and it is completely intact and still looks new.
