Bad Seams

Already seems to be flattening out.
My dog is only using it at night.
He’s in the backyard during the day.
For the price I paid, and the “Serta” name, I expected better quality.

Not Impressed!

My dog is 80 lbs and fits comfortably. He used to crawl in the bed with us in the middle of the night but, with this bed he doesn't. He even sleeps longer. The quality is very good. The sides are just firm enough that they do not completely collapse when he lies on it and the bed section it very soft. What you would expect from Serra. My husband's dog also loves this bed. She will push my dog out of the bed or sit on him. She always sleeps in the bed with us. This dog bed is definitely worth the money. I've had mine about a month and its holding up great. This dog bed is also easy to clean, does not hold on to the dog hair like my old ones.
