bought two of them and really like them. unfortunately there were several missing pieces on one luckily they weren't any of the main parts so i was able to make it work with some replacement parts i scrounged up from the hardware store. also be careful not to throw the box away open everything and count everything as instructed.

My daughter received this as a gift. #1 roof piece is missing and there were 2 #2 roof pieces. Dollhouse is incomplete. Very frustrating after 2 hours of putting the thing together....now our daughter is crying and we can't even purchase another because they are out of stock.

Oh my goodness I'm so frustrated, Christmas Eve and I'm attempting to put together this adorable Farm style dollhouse for my granddaughter's Christmas I'm so disappointed it's missing piece #10. I read reviews that others have also been missing this specific piece is it possible to still put it together with the missing part? Can I get the missing piece?

Missing parts. I bought this months ago for my granddaughters birthday this week . I put it together last night and it's missing the roof to the porch. It is so cute. I just wish it had all the parts

Missing piece number 10 after three hours of putting this together. Unbelievable!!!!! Can't finish it. Past return deadline. Was my granddaughters bday gift. Very unhappy.

The design of the dollhouse itself is actually quite good—it's detailed, charming, and exactly what I was looking for. However, my overall experience has been completely overshadowed by the appalling way the company handled the issue of the missing parts. Despite providing clear evidence and politely explaining the situation, their refusal to send the missing pieces or offer any meaningful solution is beyond disappointing. It's frustrating to see such a well-designed product paired with such terrible customer service.

Unpacked the entire box and no screws. Now have to pack up all pieces and take back to store just for the screws. I hope they have one with the scews.

Adorable and well made. Assembly was painless and it came together quickly. I purchased this for my grand daughters 3rd Birthday. Having a farm, this house really just fits. The house is perfect for 4-5 inch dolls. I feel like this will last many years, and bring joy to future grandkids.

I had a doll house very similar to this one when I was a child. Like this house, it was beautifully crafted and looked so realistic. I searched for one just like this for both of my daughters growing up without success. Also couldn't find one for my first granddaughter who is now a teenager. So you can imagine how stunned I was when I saw this just before Christmas, so beautiful, and so inexpensive. Needless to say, I grabbed it for my four year old granddaughter. My husband kept marveling on how well it was packaged it was. Each individual part part was numbered and individually wrapped, and the materials were high quality. The instructions were clear and concise. Yes, it took a little longer to build, but the end product is beautiful. Only problem is, I would like to buy another one to give to my older granddaughter, I know she would love to have one too. Unfortunately they are out of stock These quality dollhouses. will become family heirlooms

I need the directions to put it together. They aren't in the box. Help!
