This farmhouse dollhouse is absolutely adorable and a breeze to assemble with the help of a drill.The fact that it's made of wood gives me confidence that it will withstand years of play. My 3-year-old son adores playing with it, and I'm sure it will provide countless hours of open-ended imaginative play for him and his brother. The design of the house is perfect for toddlers and preschoolers like my kiddos!! I highly recommend getting this dollhouse! Plus, it comes with accessories for added fun. Its not sex oriented i don't feel its only for girls as my boys love it.

When we received this we were a little discouraged because it needs so much assembly. But it is soo worth it! The details in this little house is unbelievable. It is soo cute and comes with its detailed furniture, looks like a real modern house. My 3 year old just loved it.

Beautiful dollhouse! It was easy to put together - I did it myself but for things that needed help, I used tape to hold things in place. I also used a magnetic screw driver for the tiny screws. (Just a couple of hints that kept me from going crazy!) :-) Overall it was easy to do and came out so well - all holes matched. One other thing was that a couple of times I thought I didn't have a piece - but then found for each that there were two thin pieces packed together that I thought were just one. I lacked one long white screw but found another one just as long from my personal pack of screws. I had one extra tiny screw. Everything else was okay and I give this an easy five stars!!

This is an adorable playhouse! It is furnished with wooden furniture and even throw pillows and a welcome mat for the front door! High quality at a great price. Took about 45 minutes to assemble but fairly easy. I would highly recommend!

A very solid dollhouse unlike many of the plastic ones you buy at the store. Took a little bit to set up but the pieces are all beautifully crafted and created with water-based paint so there's no concern for toxicity. My daughter loves playing with it. Only time will tell how it will hold up

This is beautiful farmhouse style dollhouse. I love all the details! It took my husband about an hour to put together. The roof is easily removed for play. It comes with a 34 darling accessories. The sides fold out for play and the dollhouse is very generously sized but folds together nearly. I love all the little furniture pieces. Such an awesome toy for imaginative play. Feels sturdy. Farmhouse details are precious.

Wow! What a well thought out and beautiful play house! The packing was flawless, the design understandable, and the results are stunning! Our granddaughter will be so pleased, AND that is the real clincher. You'll need a Phillips head screwdriver and care in following the directions, plus there are a lot of parts to inventory. Keep the screws seperated and marked so that you use the right fastener. With that, all it takes is time to get it done. Don't wait till Christmas Eve--you'll be sorry if you do!

My girls absolutely love this house. It is so chic and modern compared to others available! Love the esthetic! Did take about 2 hours for me to assemble, not difficult to do just loys of pieces. Totally woth the time.
