Great playhouse. The decorated walls and furniture are absolutely beautiful. My grandson loves it. Can't wait for his baby sitter to be old enough to play with it, too.

Was perfect for 11 year old transitioning out of playing dolls , great quality and fun for dad too, we wall papered a room did some remodeling. It's nice!

I bought the item in November as a christmas gift. Saw how great it looked for a great price. Now its december and we are starting to set aside the pieces to get ready to assembly. Ends up I'm missing pieces number 23 (x2) and 24 (x2). These pieces goes under the roof that sticks out. It looks pretty important as far as stability goes. Now we are 4 days away from christmas and we are forced to assemble without the pieces. I did call customer service and they stated it would take 5-7 business days in order to get a response for the request of these replacement parts! So there is a chance they will say these pieces are not replaceable. Its not something I can go to home depot for. I really hope we get those parts.

We bought this dollhouse for our daughter for Christmas but we are missing several pieces. We are missing piece #10 which is important piece for back of the dollhouse. Also missing the kitchen table and coffee table. The handle on the refrigerator is also broken. Called for replacement parts and they stated they could not replace parts for the dollhouse. We had to order an entirely new dollhouse in hopes it had the missing pieces we need. Very disappointing to find out only days before Christmas.

my husband and I had no problem at all putting this beautiful farmhouse together,, the instructions were easy to follow and we just cant wait for the grand children to come and play with it, if you are thinking about buying this , do it you wont be sorry. Job well done
