There's nothing more important to us than the safety and satisfaction of our users, so we're very sorry to hear about the lubrication strips falling off and that you had this experience. Be assured this isn't what we expect with our quality and safety checks. We sure you know this already, but we do not recommend using any razors when their lubrication strip falls off as it adds a bit of extra protection while you shave. To make the lubrication strip last longer, which should help with the cuts, we recommend you rinse the blades and gently shake off excess moisture after use. When storing the razor, make sure its in its organizer to make sure air can circulate around the lubrastrip, or if you don't have an organizer, store face-up in a dry area.
