My Garmin is so easy to use and very handy since I paired it to my phone. I don't have to write my blood pressures down and I all I have to do if show my doctor my phone. Very convenient!

Pairing and user recognition on the Connect app is challenging. After 3 months with device still not recording measurements in the app. My only objective with the device was to keep a history in the connect app

Setting it up for multiple users is difficult at best. I will disconnect it for the original user, following the instructions for a second person. Also, the Garmin Connect app won't graph your results.

I bought last fall and was very concerned about my blood pressure readings as they were very high. I finally had my annual physical and the physician confirmed the device was faulty. I am returning product as it is severely inaccurate.

I track my BP daily now; and practice relaxation, eat healthier and exercise more effectively more often to manage my BP measures. It is much easier to put on and operate than my regular manual and electronic cuffs.

Good monitor so far. Calibrated with doctor's office and it was spot on. Excellent connectivity with app. Attaching the cuff to arm is cumbersome and takes a while to get used to it. I would be again.

I got my Garmin - Index BPM about a month ago and I'm glad that I did. I've been able to monitor my high blood pressure daily now and with medication and proper diet, I've been able to get it down to a much more acceptable level.

It works fast and integrates well into the Garmin ecosystem. I don't get good results when I try to sync it via WiFi. However, I removed the WiFi connection by skipping it during setup, and linked it via BT to my phone and it syncs fast.

I am blind and would like to be able to increase screen brightness, batteries are cheap. Other than that this is the best device I have used and I have used a lot of them getting here.

Easy to use and set up, very quiet unit. All data imports directly to my Garmin Connect account. Travels very easy in my backpack and goes through TSA with no problems.
