I've had high BP for years. I got the BPM around 6 weeks ago and its tracking capabilities warned me of just how high it was getting. A trip to my doctor is starting to bring it back down.

I love the convenience of being able to just take my blood pressure and having an automatically uploaded to the Garmin app. Though it does seem to use batteries a bit faster than originally identified but we'll see if that's a long-term problem.

I bought this for the convenience of being able to take it with me wherever I go, and love the link to the connect app. It's great to be able to print out your reading history to share with your doctor.

I track my BP daily and have learned to practice relaxation, eat healthier and exercise more effectively to reduce my BP. Pressures are trending down and healthier. It much easier to put on and operate than my regular manual and electronic cuffs.

I like this - easy to use, but it doesn't allow you to say which arm you are taking the reading from - in my case my BP is different on each arm and need to record each one.

It's nice that it syncs with your garrmin connect but the data is not reliable. Some days I'm stage 1 others I'm low then measure again and stage 2. I went to the doctor and it once it read accurately and twice it was off.

I bought this about a month ago. It's been a great addition to my health care routine. It's simple to operate. It interfaces with Garmin Connect. So it's easy to follow my progress.

I love Garmin products, I own several. But this bpm smart blood pressure monitor falls well short of my expectations. If they could/can make a XL cuff for this device? It would get five stars, but as is… it'll get 2. I expect more from Garmin.

I bought this a few weeks ago vs. using my wrist cuff. I love the smart feature, it uploads to my app and I'm able to print a report for my Dr. Very slick!! Highly recommend

Seems like a great device. However, it's difficult to get a good cuff position singlehandedly. Without it being positioned just right the reading is off. I like that it's integrated into Garmin Connect.
