I purchased this BPM smart blood pressure monitor a month ago and I have only used it a few times. I am still getting used to it and the features, but so far so good! I hope it will continue to be worth the money it cost.

You need to have an comprehensive label of what the three buttons can do... The cup puts my fingers to sleep if I do the three heart sequence. Even the one read is causing a lot of discomfort..

I've had high BP for years. I got the BPM around 6 weeks ago and its tracking capabilities warned me of just how high it was getting. A trip to my doctor is starting to bring it back down.

I track my BP daily and have learned to practice relaxation, eat healthier and exercise more effectively to reduce my BP. Pressures are trending down and healthier. It much easier to put on and operate than my regular manual and electronic cuffs.

I bought this about a month ago. It's been a great addition to my health care routine. It's simple to operate. It interfaces with Garmin Connect. So it's easy to follow my progress.

I think is great to have this data on my Garmin account. I need to be careful with the position in my arm (close to elbow) to get the same numbers as in my other BPM. Other than that, is working perfectly.

So, since I'm committed to the Garmin ecosystem. I have the Index Scale, Fēnix 7 Watch, Edge1040 for cycling, I decided I should just get this. Best decision I made. Like all of my Garmin products. Works like it should, Invest in your health!

This is my third online bpm which syncs to cloud.works smoothly except Velcro seems to slowly come free as it's reading and has a seam that pinches. I think they can solve this. Both are minor issues but should be fixed.

This blood pressure cuff works great and it syncs flawlessly with my watch and scale on Garmin Connect. A great tool to keep track of your basic health metrics!
