My family has long had blood pressure machines, even a "smart" version way back in 2013 or so. We upgraded to the Garmin Index BPM and absolutely love it! It is easy to use and we can export reports right from the Connect webpage.

The pressure monitor seems to work as well as an automated NIBP monitor can work. The buttons are not well labeled and not easy to find or press. wireless integration with the garmin connect app makes trending data easily understandable.

Easy to setup (basically nothing to do), easy to use (one button swaps between a single reading or three), it talks to the Garmin ecosystem seamlessly. I use it almost daily because it's so easy. Oh, and accurate compared to my doctor's readings.

Once you figure out you have to hold a few buttons down until it is on it is very easy to use. I like that it automatically uploads to the app to keep track of everything.

I purchased this a month ago and have been trying to figure the results out. It measures high compared to my doctor's and with my older unit that I wanted to replace.

I'm a Garmin guy, I use most of their products, This seemed like a good addition to the suite of products, however the reading are not accurate, so it's collecting dust.

I had another one from another company and I hated that I had to enter my data by myself. Plus, it was in 3 parts. Garmin's Index BPM is compact and extremely easy to use. Now if I can only get my father to use it (he has high blood pressure).

I have been comparing readings to another monitor for approximately a month, and the Garmin is consistently high. I have stopped using it. The data load to the Connect app works well.

This is well worth the price and the accuracy is really close to my doctor's readings . It is light weight and travels good in a suitcase. I would recommend this unit.
