I rated 4 stars because meat is scarce. I added a little more gumbo seasoning, Sam's rotisserie chicken, shrimp, and sausage. If you're looking for a quick meal instead of fast food, this is a good go-to.

Taste pretty good.

I bought this product a week ago and did not read the reviews on this product since what I normally buy is pretty good. This is not good. I followed the package directions and found that during cooking the packaging is so thin that the liquid contents seeped open releasing some of it's contents into the larger pot of boiling water and of course, diluting the flavor of what was left into the packet. You could also taste the underdeveloped roux.
