Nice litte tarts, mild flavor.

Needs more filling. Too much pastry made them dry.

Crust is delicious and browns up nicely.

Easy to bake. The filling is great, but the shell is a little bit too thick; too doughy tasting.

Good but a little dry. May have over cooked.
