not the same as sold in department stores

Inferior quality to exact same brand and style sold in in a department store. I thought my favorite under ware had changed when I bought these at Sams's. Then I took a chance and ordered from a department store . Superior in quality in every way. I don't know if these are seconds or just didn't meet quality control.
