Exactly what I was looking for... plush but not soft. Keep in mind delivery date is an estimate. Came a couple of days later than e pected, but delivery company worked with me to schedule a good time and came when promised. Highly reccomend!

I have done my research and it paid off. This mattress is so comfortable. It has helped my lower back and sciatica pain.

I received it today and laid on it woth the plastic still on and i did not sink in one bit it felt nice and firm how i like. I also walked around on it to see how it reacted and it was still pretty firm and bounced back into place when i got off of it. I think this will be good for me. No more plush sinking

Most comfortable mattress set I have ever owned. I had one for over 25 years, then stupidly bought a mattress set from another vendor (even paid much more), only to ditch the new "other brand" mattress set after 6 months and buy the new version of this mattress again.

Much firmer, cooler and more comfortable than the foam mattress that I had. Too bad it isn’t flippable.

Excellent mattress initially. Proper support and comfort for a side sleeper--firm enough for support, soft at the top to reduce excess pressure on the shoulders and hips. Proper height. Place over box springs.

Much too firm (I read into the “medium firm” too much). But if you’d like a firm mattress it’s for you. HEADS up- it took over 8 weeks to receive. May be beat just to shop in person.

I am disappointed in what I thought would be a great mattress. Delivered mid December and in about 4-5 weeks it has a massive dent in the mattress. I am not heavy enough to cause this in a short time. It is not plush like I ordered. Not comfortable at all. Delivery was great but that’s all. I expected at least a better mattress than what I replaced. Beautyrest at one time was premium quality. Not anymore. If I could I would return it.

6 months old when sides collapsed,disabled husband had to sleep in his recliner or fall out of bed. serta customer service a joke, manager unreachable sams kindly gave me a partial refund

Purchased this back in February 2023. Was sent the lesser model from the factory I believe. Looked ok so decided to keep it and Sam's made it right by refunding me the difference. However, 2.5 months later, this mattress is sagging. Badly!!! It was scheduled for pick up May 17th. No show. When I called them they said I refused to let them take it. LOL. Wish it would let me upload pictures. For some reason I don't have that option. Have made several calls since and am getting the run around.
