good economic hot tub
A good starter hot tub. Tub delivered 3.5 weeks ahead of listed delivery date. I had gone to local hot tub dealer was going to deliver and set up tub for 14.6 K. I looked at this one and decided I would save 10k. From reading reviews I expected to have issue and took every panel off and inspected. filled with water and used twice before replacing panel. Would recommend having 3 men move tub in place.

Great value for the money. I would recommend.
Good value for the money spent. It arrived early. The setup was complicated but it was exactly as the manual and instructions detailed. The manufacturer needs to do a little better with their assembly. Specifically, the screws which hold the cover on. Many were installed crooked (at angles) & when they missed, the installer(s) simply put in more screws. (one hole had three). I had to cut one just to get the cover off. Inside, one of the installers had left the PVC cutting tool. This gave the indication that it had been assembled quickly, perhaps a little too quickly. Other than that issue, everything else was GOOD. I work for an electric utility & being qualified was able to wire myself. I did everything according to the instructions and it all tested good and the unit came right up & performs correctly. There are no leaks & all appears to be good. This model has many more jets than any of the others I found in its price range. I give it four & a half stars, if not for fighting mis-angled screws it should be five. Still, I am very satisfied & would recommend this one.
Happy with the spa
Ordered this back in May on the last day of the 1K off sale. Was delivered when promised, came wrapped really well and working great for the past 3 weeks. The Resin spa has a ruff texture compared to the acrylic one it replaced. Only thing I can say might have been an issue is that the picture shows a two tone brown color and I received a two tone gray one. No worries, now that I see this on my deck, it looks great.
Worth the price
I purchased this on sale for $3999.00. I feel it was well worth that and if I could give this 4.5 stars, I would. I noticed many of the negative reviews were problems with shipping, however, we had no issues at all having it delivered. Our only problems were some wiring issues and the control settings. When we first installed it, everything was working fine, but about a week later, I went out to get in it and the temperature had dropped significantly. Upon reading the manual, we discovered that there are different settings which are a bit confusing on the control panel, but just read your manual and set it how you like. Also, one time I got in and the jets were only at half power. This too is a setting, so, again, read the manual. After figuring all that out, all is well except one of the lights where the water shoots into the tub is not lighting, but I suspect another wiring issue. Thankfully my husband is good with wiring, but if you pay an electrician to install make sure everything is working properly so you don't have to pay another service call.

Wish I had read the reviews
It was great while it worked. Just went outside for a soak and turned on the jets. Water came pouring out of the electrical area. Opened it up and a part has completely broken away from the motor sending water everywhere. I have images and video but am not able to upload them...Sam's why?

Do not recommend
When we opened this hot tub there were several cuts in the exterior of the hot tub, and one small one on one of the inside seats where it would snag swimwear. The hot tub cover had some cuts also. When we put water in it and turned on the jets black stuff came out of the jets, a lot of black stuff that looked like moss or something coming out of the jets. We were able to clean it. There was some dirt on the inside wall of the hot tub. It appeared to have been used. Also, this is my 3rd hot tub. The other ones had insulation. This one has very little. Does not appear to be made for cooler climates. Strongspas has a phone number but they do not answer.

Avoid Frustration
You get what you pay for. The resin walls are very rough on the back but its a good entry level tub. The steps were not shipped so we are using a Yeti cooler to step in and out. Have not reached out to Strong Spas to avoid frustration.

EVERLAST(STRONG) SPA MIGHT BE A WINNER IF RESOLVED
PROS: Hot tub looks good Steps are modest plastic steps - adequate Valve by heater was so overfoamed that the heater cover could not be opened to wire; I had to call the factory and determine if heater could be removed/replaced to allow excess foam to be removed and heater wired. Holds water and came up to 91 degrees - I cannot get it above 91 degrees in65-75 degree ambient weather. will contact the factory again tomorrow to see their recommendation. At least no leaking at this point (other reviews for this mfgr complained about leaks). Two stage pump works well for jets - heater is in question - cover works. If resolved, I would change my rating upwards.

Do not buy
I received my hot tub weeks ago. First they dropped it off the truck during delivery. Then it would not turn on due to a faulty control panel which took weeks to repair. Finally, it began to leak within 2 weeks of usage. So far, Sam's has not refunded my money.

Nothing but problems
Only 1 hours warning it was being delivered. Waited over a week again. It leaks everywhere. We tightened up all the joints but still leaks. Filter canister is leaking the worse. Going to be 10 days till 3 weeks to get a repairman out. Have fun keeping it hot unless you run your filters 4 times in 12 hours on EC. Leaks so bad it won't keep enough water in it without having to add water all the time then it's cold. It's being returned to Sam's Club. Iv had spas all my life and this is one big piece of junk without any help from the manufacturer warranty.

Our delivery company typically calls and tells you with a few days notice. They then call the day of delivery as well. We're sorry if they didn't do that.
