This is my first pressure washer and I am very pleased with it. I was impressed by how heavy and well made it is. It runs pretty quiet and smooth. I ran it for about 6 hrs cleaning my concrete patio and the stucco on one of the exterior walls. It did a great job. I can't believe I waited so long to own a pressure washer. The included accessories are great and the cord and hose are generous. I can't think of anything that I would improve. The price was great and I would highly recommend this unit.

This is my first pressure washer I bought to clean the algae off my new Treks deck. I bought it due to all of the positive reviews and I am so happy I did...easy to assemble. Fairly light weight. Super long power cord and pressure hose. I was able to reach all the way around my deck. Was also amazed how easily it removed the grime from my deck boards and rails....everything looks brand new. And this was on the 25 degree pressure nozzle. Great piece of equipment.

Bought this last month and used it a lot. We have only used gas powered pressure washers in the past but this one is great for an electric unit. Easy to set up and use. Used on vinyl siding, concrete, gutters and windows and it did a very good job. Quite pleased with it.

I originally bought this to get the pigeon poop of our patio, steps and sidewalk but I have decided to use it to wash my car. My car wasn't getting very clean at the car wash in certain areas that's hard for the strips to reach. I used the soap dispenser that came with it. One fill of the container was that was needed. Set up was simple. Nothing leaked and everything went fine. I followed exactly as the user manual recommended for the do's and don'ts.

I bought this model not being sure if it would be strong enough to remove black mold from a stone wall and landscape stone pavers, but this unit handled the job no problem. Also like having the 4 caster wheels to pull it along. I did purchase the longer 50' hose to make it easier with less moving of the unit. Next I'm going to purchase the foam cannon to see how it does washing my car. I didn't want the hassle of a gas unit, so I highly recommend this unit.

I got tired of all the time required to star up and maintain the gas powered machines I had always used. I'm pleased with the convenient starting effort of this electric machine and the compact size for storage and moving around the work area. A commercial user may want something more powerful for shorter work time, but this works great for jobs of a casual homeowner.

After much research, and waiting for a good deal, the pressure washer arrived May 9, 2024. We assembled it and tried it out May 11th. Easy to follow directions and easy to assemble. Started fine the first time. Both my wife and I used it to clean part of a sidewalk with years of embedded dirt. We cycled through all 5 nozzles provided. We settled on the Turbo nozzle for this heavy-duty job, and it worked very well! We'll finish the sidewalks and move on to deck and siding next.

After exhaustively researching electric pressure washers, I came across the Westinghouse EPX3500 & I'm glad I did. This is my third pressure washer over the years & by far the best. When you open the box, you may feel that being so small, how can it do the job? Don't let its size fool you. It has plenty of power. I love the quick connect features & easy tool free set up. It also has a long power cord which also helps. I have used it with a 15" rotating surface cleaner & it works without any problem. If you are looking for a great pressure washer that has enough power for most people & an item that won't break the bank, this one is for you! Save yourself some time researching & try one out. You will be happy you did.

I call this my little mean machine because it's small but oh so powerful. The compact size makes portability easy, but it does the work just like the much bigger and bulkier machines. Working in the Tech field for 40 years, I have written a few tech manuals, so I really appreciate the depth of detail you put into cleaning and maintaining the machine. Other customers will appreciate that too. One small thing I would have liked to have seen, you could have added a nozzle cleaning tool or needle because you went into such wonderful detail on keeping the nozzles clean. Please be sure to thank your manual tech writers for me. Great product exceeded my expectations.

We wanted an electric (not gasoline) model but were concerned that the electric models weren't powerful enough. We decided to give this model a try and are very pleased with it. We appreciate the selection of different nozzles. We've used it to clean our patio and a rock wall and it has done a great job.
