Was looking for a replacement pressure washer after the pump housing broke on my old gas unit. Loved the idea of an electric pressure washer. Read many reviews and ended up purchasing this Westinghouse electric 2700 psi pressure washer. My old unit was 1500 psi with 2 gpm flow. This unit seemed comparable with more power. I am very pleased with this unit after cleaning my composite deck. Plenty of power, quiet and very easy to set up and use. Best of all, no gas or oil to deal with. Highly recommended this pressure washer.

Got this after procrastinating for quite a few years? Do we need this? Why not just a fireman's hose nozzle? Only after using it realized that we should have got this years ago. Would have saved a lot of wasted effort and elbow grease. The only improvement I could think of is making the power cable a plug in one. At present, the power cable is permanently fixed to the unit making movement difficult. A photo of our walkway post power wash is attached. Wish we had taken a photo prior to washing for comparison.

What a great tool, and great service! Delivery was faster than expected, drop off was spot on, and packaging was great. Setup was a breeze with great packaged and labeled components. Works as advertised, and super easy for my wife to move around and use!

Used for the first time today. I had trouble with the 15° nozzle causing low pressure issues and cycling the shut off, but determined it to be the fault of the nozzle itself. Others worked fine. The unit is a lot of power in a small and economical package. Hoping that it will last long-term, so far so good!

I originally bought this to get the pigeon poop of our patio, steps and sidewalk but I have decided to use it to wash my car. My car wasn't getting very clean at the car wash in certain areas that's hard for the strips to reach. I used the soap dispenser that came with it. One fill of the container was that was needed. Set up was simple. Nothing leaked and everything went fine. I followed exactly as the user manual recommended for the do's and don'ts.

I have a deck that had some mold and some peeling paint. I figured it made more sense to buy a pressure washer myself, than to pay someone else to do it, especially with all the other things I could use it on. I purchased the product EPX3100 about a month ago now. This little beauty is incredible! We have a gas/oil powered one that is loud and just too hard for me to use. So I ran across this 3100 and decided to take the plunge. It's light weight, easy to assemble and easy to use. I have so much fun getting this outside and cleaning everything. So far I've done the house, the pool deck and chairs. Everything looks brand new! It's got enough power to get the job done, but, not too much to damage everything. I purchased a surface cleaner and a foam gun too. The surface cleaner made the pool deck go fast and it sure got rid of the dirt. The foam gun I have not yet used, but, intend to use it when I detail my car. Don't hesitate, purchase this baby!

Bought this a few weeks ago. I have a small, but steep, driveway so was actually looking for a pressure washer that did not have wheels. This has worked for all my needs; driveway, back porch, back deck, side of house. Has all the pressure I need and is surprisingly quiet. The FedEx guy was delivering while I was doing the driveway and commented that he had never seen a pressure washer that small with that much power.

Easy to put together with good directions. The cords have nice storage as well a nice storage rack for the tips. I have used it a couple of times seems to work well. I looked as some other power washer but decided on this one because it seemed to be designed well. So far so good.
